Get in a comfortable position,
Either sitting up or lying down.
And we are going to activate your throat chakra.
So let's start by taking three deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth.
And really imagine with each exhale,
You're letting go of the tension that you're holding in your muscles.
And you're letting go of the worries of the day.
Focus on your throat area,
Your neck.
And start to imagine that you're breathing in and out of your throat.
So you're inhaling into the center of your neck and exhaling from the center of your neck.
Breathing into your throat and out of your throat.
Now nod your head back and forth from front to back like you are saying yes,
You're nodding yes to somebody.
Really slowly nod forward and backward.
Just do that about three times.
We are warming up that throat chakra,
Getting it loosened up.
Now continue breathing in and out of the throat area.
And as you're doing that,
Imagine that each time you inhale into your throat,
There is a blue light that is getting brighter and brighter in the center of your neck.
When you breathe in,
The blue light expands all over your throat area.
It just gets bigger and bigger and brighter and brighter.
When your throat chakra is balanced,
You are more willing to speak your truth.
It's easier for you to communicate.
And growing that blue light brighter and bigger.
Now I want you to think about some words that you've been too scared to say to somebody,
Maybe even to yourself,
To a loved one,
To a parent,
To a significant other,
To a friend,
Maybe a boss.
Think about those words that you wish you could say.
And I want you to imagine that you are saying them out loud to this person right now.
You're saying these words with love.
The words that are said in truth,
They may shock the other person or the other person might feel a little hurt.
But when you say the words with love backing them up,
It feels less threatening to the person.
So go ahead and just keep imagining that you're saying these words that you're scared to say out loud to this person.
But the words are immersed with love.
And imagine how you would like the person to react to these truthful words coming from your authentic self.
What Imagine how you want to feel after these words of truth have come out of you.
And you have expressed yourself to this person.
How do you want to feel?
Do you want to feel relieved,
Joyful?
Maybe you feel like you've just released a lot of unwanted energy.
Maybe you feel peaceful.
Maybe you feel all of this.
Really bring in those emotions and feel them in your body.
Now focus back into your throat chakra and this illuminating bright blue light in your throat shining brightly.
As you go about your day,
You're going to feel more truthful,
More courageous,
More willing to speak your truth to others around you and to yourself.
All the words will be spoken with love.
You can wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Come back to the room and feel your body.
I suggest wearing something blue,
Especially if you are thinking about speaking that truth in your outer world and your reality today.
Wear a blue shirt or a blue ring or some blue earrings or maybe just put some blue crayons in your pocket.
Go ahead and open your eyes and keep shining that blue eliminating light from your throat chakra and radiate your truth as you go about your day.
All that matters to you is knowing and sound you really are in it.
