This is a healing meditation that starts with a body scan and involves visualizing yourself as a child. When we imagine feeling youthful, our cells feel the age difference and your body will then align to the feeling of youth.

Transcript

Get in a comfortable position,

Either sitting cross-legged or in a chair or lying down if that's more comfortable for you.

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth.

As you exhale let the worries of today go.

Let go of the anxious thoughts.

Let go of the mental chatter.

Now imagine an orange light entering the top of your head.

This orange light is symbolizing vitality,

Good health,

Happiness,

Laughter,

Usefulness.

The light travels into your brain,

Your eyes,

Nose,

Ears,

And mouth.

Now it travels through your neck and shoulders,

Down your back,

Into your left arm and your right arm,

Into your hands and fingers.

The light is entering your chest area and your lungs,

Into your digestive organs,

And reproductive organs.

This orange light moves into your hips,

Down your left leg,

Down your right leg,

Into your feet and toes.

Imagine this orange light is entering into every one of your cells,

Sending vitality,

Usefulness,

Freedom,

Good health.

Now imagine yourself as a child.

Remember yourself and imagine yourself during a time in your childhood when you felt so healthy,

Vibrant,

And carefree.

Maybe you see yourself playing sports,

Riding a bike,

Dancing,

Or doing cartwheels.

Really bring in that feeling of being a child and carefree,

Feeling free to run,

Jump,

Laugh,

And play all day with very little worry.

And if you're having a hard time remembering yourself in this way,

Then create a new memory.

Your brain does not know the difference between what is real and imagined,

So according to your brain and your body,

You are youthful right now and you are experiencing this imagination that you are creating right now.

As you are experiencing it and feeling the emotions in your cells,

Your cells begin to adjust to this youthful self.

For the next few minutes,

Keep laughing,

Playing,

Running,

Or whatever it is you enjoyed as a kid.

You you Now create an intention today to keep this youthful feeling.

What would you like to bring into your day from this imagination?

Say it to yourself now.

In these five minutes,

You have fed yourselves with a youthful feeling.

You've sent a boost to your immune system.

It's like magic.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and keep shining this orange vibrant light throughout your day.
