Get in a comfortable position,
Lying down on your back.
You can put a pillow or a bolster underneath your knees for comfort.
Make sure you're in a dimly lit room and that you will be uninterrupted for the next 15 minutes.
Now take three deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth.
With each exhale,
Let go of the mind chatter and the stress of today.
Imagine that there is a light entering your head and relaxing all of your muscles.
Relaxing your jaw,
Entering your neck,
Relaxing your throat,
And your shoulders.
It goes down each arm and relaxes your arm muscles.
Going down,
Relaxing your chest,
Your stomach,
Your hips,
And your legs and feet.
Your muscles are relaxed,
Loose.
Now let's bring your subconscious forward.
Imagine yourself at the top of a mountain.
Imagine yourself at the top of a mountain.
Maybe this mountain has snow on it,
Maybe it's all green.
When you look around at the top of the mountain,
You see a door in the ground.
You walk towards the door and you open the door.
You look down and you see steps,
Many steps.
There are ten steps down into this cave.
Go ahead and take the first step and let's count your way down.
Step ten,
Step nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
You've entered a dark cave.
You see a door,
A lit door in the distance.
Behind that door is a memory from your childhood.
This memory is one of those experiences you had as a child that led to the belief that you hold in your subconscious that you are wanting to change.
Think about a belief that you hold about yourself that you want to change.
Now open the door and see what memory comes to you first.
And if you don't see any memory from your childhood,
That's okay.
Because right now you're going to create a new one.
So go ahead and see yourself as a child receiving everything you need.
If you didn't see your parents happy when you were young,
Here's your chance to create a memory of them being happy.
You can create whatever you want,
Your parents getting along,
Your parents talking to you,
Giving you more time.
Create all the love,
Everything that you needed from your parents or your caregivers or your siblings or your friends.
Create a memory right now because your brain and your body does not know the difference between imagination and reality.
Use that to your benefit right now.
For the next few minutes,
Create memories of all that you needed as a child.
And if you don't see any memory from your childhood,
That's okay.
And if you don't see any memory from your childhood,
That's okay.

Go ahead and finish up your memory.
Now walk back into the dark cave.
Go back to the stairs.
And before you walk up those stairs back to the mountain,
Create an affirmation to say to yourself as you walk up each step.
It could be,
I am worthy of love.
I am happy.
I am attracting wonderful people into my life.
I am financially abundant.
Whatever you feel you need to say to yourself right now,
To your subconscious,
Create that intention and that affirmation.
And as you walk up each step,
Say it to yourself.
Go ahead and walk on step one.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Open the door.
You are back at the top of the mountain.
Imagine yourself screaming that affirmation out from the top of the mountain.
And it echoes back at you.
You are sending it out to the universe and the love is sent back to you.
Okay,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Come back into your body.
Open your eyes when you are ready.
And repeat this reprogramming at least three times a week.
This will deepen this new memory that you created in order to create a new belief that you need in order to be happy and successful and joyful and peaceful in life.
You have the power to change any belief that you choose to and you started the process today.
Go ahead and open your eyes if you have it and journal about the memory you just created.
