Welcome to this guided meditation to meet your true self.
Before we begin,
The first thing to bring into your awareness is that you have an everyday self,
A true self,
And a higher self.
Your everyday self is all of your thoughts,
Feelings,
And imprints as a soul having a human experience.
Your true self is the healthiest,
Most vibrant version of you,
Illuminating the essence of your soul.
Your higher self is connected to source energy,
Unconditional love and light,
And is the part of you that is all-knowing of your soul plan.
Aligning and merging with your true self is a helpful energetic and spiritual healing tool.
Once you bring your true self into your awareness,
You can use this practice daily to protect your energy field,
Clear and align all the layers of your body including the emotional,
Energetic,
And physical aspects of your whole self.
Please prepare for this meditation to begin by either lying down or leaning back comfortably,
Eyes gently closed,
And all distractions put aside.
Make sure you are comfortable and have a blanket nearby as body temperature tends to drop when relaxing into a meditative state.
Become aware of your breath.
Allow the air to enter in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Not trying to change the breath,
Simply becoming aware of breathing.
Feel the temperature of the air as it enters and exits.
Air fills and expands your chest with each breath.
Allow your breath to deepen into your belly and notice your belly expand and relax,
Expand and relax.
Using your awareness,
Take notice of any areas in the body that feel tight or need attention.
Breathe deeply into those areas knowing that with each breath you are creating space and softening.
Allow this sensation of expanding and releasing to extend to your whole body,
Feeling your whole body expanding and releasing,
Expanding and releasing.
As you become more aware of your own body beginning to slow and rest,
Lean into that sensation and begin to call all of yourself home by saying your full name three times.
Call back every energetic particle,
Every thought,
Every feeling.
Call back all of your own energy that is your highest good now.
Noticing your full presence beginning to anchor and settle into your body.
Know that in this moment you are in true and full presence of self.
You begin to notice a peaceful energy washing over your whole being,
A comforting blanket of restoration and tranquility.
Now use your imagination and notice you are in a beautiful lush green meadow.
This meadow is full of spring flowers blooming.
Notice the colors,
Shapes and sizes of these blossoming flowers.
Feel the soft grass under your feet and the warm sun.
Hear the birds nearby singing sweet melodies to soothe your soul.
Imagine now what your true self would look like,
Feel like or act.
Remembering that your true self is the blueprint of your best self.
Now invite your true self to meet you here in this beautiful place.
Your true self comes closer and closer until you meet face to face.
Ask your true self to merge with you now until you become one.
From this day forward you are connected to your true self.
You can now call upon your true self to unfold in you daily.
Remembering that each morning when you wake you are starting a new life,
A new day.
And with your free will you must request your true self to merge and unfold in you each day.
