When my feet step on this earth,

May I remember my ancestors are the stars overhead that guide my path.

When my feet step on this earth,

May I thank Saguaro for reminding me to look up to the clouds who provide the rain.

When my feet step on this earth,

May I thank the leaves of all the trees that feed my lungs that I may breathe.

When my feet step on this earth and stir up the soil,

May I thank her for the life she births that feeds me corn and carrots,

Potatoes and wheat.

When my feet step on this earth and the bee buzzes by me busily,

May I remember the sweet honey he offers to me.

Not one step I take is made without all the elements of earth,

Water and air,

Earth and fire.

May my feet always show me the way.

Have a beautiful day.

Namaste.
