Today we send protection to Kharkiv.

Welcome to Everyday Magic for Ukraine,
Where every week we honor Ukraine and also practice self-care to stay strong as allies.
If you're new here,

As we gather today,
As we land,
As we connect,
I want to remind you that this is a circle that happens on the inner,
In our imagination,
In the realm where magic is possible.
Everyone who is listening is in his or her or their own space,
And yet when we come together,
We are here.
Regardless of space or time,
We're here,
And we weave our intention together,
And then it goes out into the world wherever it is needed.
So I'm really glad that you're here and you're part of our Circle.
So join me if you'd like to in connecting down into the Earth.
Notice the Earth beneath you.
Find the Earth beneath you.
Find your resourcing,
Your strength,
Your connection,
And your knowing that comes with connecting to the Earth.
And when you feel that you have found a nice,
Strong connection with the Earth,
Join me in also connecting up,
Connecting up with the sky.
That might look like reaching out through the crown of your head into the space above you,
Out of any building you might be in,
Out of your house,
Out of your home,
Any building you might be in or any mode of transport you might be in,
And out up into the sky.
And see the sky as your energy connects through it.
See if it's daytime or nighttime,
Until you eventually reach up beyond the Earth's atmosphere and out into the center of the universe.
So finding your connection up just as you have found your connection down.
And find yourself floating between heaven and Earth,
Between Earth and sky.
Between Earth and sky.
And feel those two powerful energies.
Feel them running through you now,
Grounding into the power of the Earth and reaching up into the center of the universe,
To the power of the cosmos.
What does it feel like to run those energies through your body?
And now from this place of working with Earth and sky energy,
We're going to shift our focus and return to the idea of Kharkiv,
The city in Ukraine,
The second largest city in the world.
And we're going to be situated very close to the border.
If you can visualize the cityscape in your mind,
See it.
And if you don't have that much of a connection to Kharkiv,
Just feel it.
And if you're feeling it,
Just feel it in your body and your heart.
Feel what it might feel like to walk down the street today in Kharkiv and to feel completely safe.
And then let that feeling expand.
Let it grow.
Let it be grounded.
Let it be connected with the cosmos until your energy has filled the entire city.
Allowing your embodiment in this moment to inform this safety.
And together,
Let's take three breaths to finish this visualization.
Breathing in and out.
And again,
In and out.
And the third and final time,
Really,
Really letting go.
Breathing in and out.
May we remember that we can send protection to the people and places we love,
And that that is magnified when we do it together.
May it be so.
