Today I choose to release all judgments.

Judgments I have about myself,

About others,

And about the world.

And as I breathe in that idea of releasing myself from judging,

I feel a weight lift off of me.

My body and my mind relax as I come into this moment,

Opening myself up.

There is nothing to think,

There is nothing to do.

As I allow myself to open up to this moment,

I feel my heart expand.

And as I breathe into my heart,

I say,

I love and accept myself just as I am.

I feel that statement rippling throughout my body.

I love and accept myself just as I am.

Relaxing into this space of openness and receptivity,

I love and accept myself just as I am.

I look upon the world with kindness and compassion.

The love that I feel within radiates out to all beings.

Blanketing the world with kindness and compassion.

If a thought arises,

Simply say,

Not now.

And recognize that in my limited perception,

I cannot see the whole picture.

I surrender my judgment and instead,

I ask to be seen the truth.

Please,

Show me the truth of who I really am.

Show me the truth of who you really are.

Show me the truth of what the world really is.

Help me remove my blinders that see through the lens of perception so that I may know.

Please,

Love,

Show me.

Today,

I release myself from judging.

Instead,

I choose to love and accept myself exactly as I am right now.

I accept others as they are right now.

I accept the world as it is right now.

I greet myself with love.

Today,

I choose patience.

I choose to be completely patient with myself.

I choose to be completely patient with others.

As I breathe into this space of no judgment,

I feel expansive,

Clear,

Creative,

Free.

Without judgment,

The realm of infinite possibility opens to me.

And I feel my body responding in kind,

Relaxing,

Opening,

Receiving.

Receiving the love that is my divine right,

The grace,

The knowledge that is available.

And when I forget this space and find myself judging,

Help me to remember that today I choose not to judge.

Today,

I love and accept myself.

Today,

I see others through the eyes of kindness and compassion.

I love and accept myself just as I am.

I accept the world just as it is.

I accept others as they are and choose to love myself and to experience everybody and everything today with kindness and compassion.

And so it is.
