Ink And Essence: The Unwritten Poetry Of Being
Explore the Self beyond its narratives and step back into the wordless being you are. This poem attempts to unravel the notion that we are mere characters in a story written by others; inked by tradition, society, or personal history. Instead, I invite us all to witness ourselves as the parchment; the silent, potent space between the words that bound us to a 'me' who is always in a state of lack and longing. The poem suggests that we are the 'bark' of a wild Mystery, a tender grace that reflects itself through our stories. On my own self-realization journey, it has been vital not to negate anything about my humanity or its need to make me into a story. I have come to see that these conditioned thoughts are just a reflection of the intimate and loving being I am. I hope this short poem guides you back to the same truth of who you are and allows you to recognize what is truly whole and un-inked within you. Deepest thanks for your time and for listening today. Love Sez
