So just take this opportunity to align your body as best you know how to,
Tall spine.
And let your limbs relax.
Allow any facial expression to relax.
Notice your breath.
And maybe take a few slower,
Deeper breaths through your body.
And feel the way the breath moves the belly and the ribs and the chest a little bit.
Maybe you feel it gently moving towards the heart space.
I like to think of gently awakening the heart here with both the mantra practice and the breathing.
Slowly inclining our hearts to open.
Let your breath return to normal.
And we'll just start with some chanting of this syllable,
Om.
Do it three times together.
You can really notice the vibrational quality of it.
The massage-like quality of the sound in your body.
The vibration actually literally resonates your chest,
The bones,
Your spine.
The bones are the resonators.
So the more you relax into the chanting of the sound,
The more you resonate.
The more you resonate,
The more the sound permeates different parts of your body and even the space around you.
And even if there are other people in your home or other people that can hear the sound that you're making,
It may have an effect on them as well.
And even people beyond the space of your home that you can imagine receiving the sound.
So we'll do it three times.
And if you'd like to bring your palms together,
You're welcome to bring your palms together.
Om.
Om.
We're just going to chant the words,
Sita Ram.
Sita.
Jey Hanuman.
And you don't have to believe in anything particular to allow these words to have an effect.
These are ancient words.
They were around long before we were born.
And they have spiritual potential within them.
So by chanting them,
We release that spiritual potential within our bodies,
Within our minds,
Within the space around us.
And we'll do this.
This is just a chant that is done together,
Not call and response.
So as soon as you pick up the melody,
You can sing along.
And if you just want to listen,
You can just listen too.
Om.
Om.
Om.
Om.
Om.
Om.
And we'll do it again.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
With love.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Sing loudly.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
With heart.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Sing to someone you love.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
A little louder.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
A little softer.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Jey Hanuman.
Sita Ram.
Just that last part.
Sita Ram.
A couple more times.
Sita Ram.
Last time.
Sita Ram.
Namaste.
