Find a comfortable,
Safe place to rest on your back or seated.
Close your eyes.
Breathe naturally.
Scan your body and notice how it's feeling right now.
Are there any areas of tightness?
Place your hand wherever you feel tension or whatever area you feel called to start with.
Using your hand or fingers,
Gently pulsate the area.
This can be done by tapping your fingertips against your skin or whatever other method you discover.
Experiment with pausing and working with different areas of your body.
Let emotions are present.
Welcome whatever comes forward,
Strong emotions arise,
Allow them to be felt.
It's okay to be feeling whatever it is that you're feeling.
You have the capacity to be with these emotions.
