Find a comfortable position that you can either lie down or sit.
Close your eyes if you're able to and then take a deep breath in.
Just a deep inhale.
As you exhale,
Let go of any tension.
Let go of any stress that you may be carrying.
Allow yourself to fully relax.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful garden,
Surrounded by nature's beauty.
Maybe you feel the warmth on your skin.
Maybe there's a slight breeze or maybe there's birds.
Visualize yourself fully in this beautiful place.
Continue to breathe and as you do,
As you breathe in,
Feel the energy of the space entering your body.
And now,
Bring your attention to your mind's eye.
Visualize a blank canvas in front of you.
This blank canvas is ready to be filled with your unique vision that you're about to have.
Imagine vivid colors,
Shapes,
Patterns emerging.
Anything.
Allow it to flow in.
Any visuals,
Any symbols.
Allow it to flow in.
More details are becoming known and seen to you.
All of this is emerging from your imagination right now,
Flowing onto that canvas in your mind.
Allow yourself to wander.
Explore the infinite possibilities here.
Allow yourself to go deep within that well of imagination,
Of creativity.
There are no limitations.
There are no judgments here.
Just pure creativity and self-expression.
As you experience all of this,
The visions,
The creativity,
The imagination,
Feel the joy and excitement.
Feel this joy and excitement expanding.
