This is a guided meditation to help you allow your body to heal.
So get comfortable,
Close your eyes and begin to relax.
Our bodies heal the best when we're at our most relaxed.
So become mindful of your breath as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Begin to breathe a little more deeply and imagine that oxygen flowing to every muscle,
To every organ,
To all parts of your body.
Bring to mind any kind of pain in your body,
Any discomfort,
Anything that you may be experiencing.
You can see these areas as little dark smudges located in different parts of the body.
Continue to breathe in and breathe out.
And imagine that you begin to appear in a tropical area,
Somewhere warm.
You find in front of you is a small pool of water and at the end of this pool is a waterfall,
A gentle,
Beautiful waterfall.
Imagine feeling the sand on whatever surface underneath of your feet.
And just take a moment to explore around before we enter the pool.
Immerse yourself in this environment as you continue to breathe and relax.
Now visualize yourself entering into this pool of water.
You notice the temperature is warm.
The water is warm.
And as it surrounds you,
You begin to feel a tingling sensation as this nectar of healing surrounds your body.
This is a healing pool of water and by imagining yourself and feeling into this experience,
It does have an effect on your physical body.
So continue to breathe and imagine yourself in this healing pool.
The tingling sensation may be a little more intense in those areas of pain and discomfort.
Imagine yourself swimming to that waterfall.
You find yourself a perfect seat or platform to lie down on underneath of the waterfall.
This waterfall is made up of healing properties that rain down upon your body and your skin,
Sinking deep into your body.
And imagine those dark smudges beginning to rinse away as this waterfall splashes on you.
And energetically,
It splashes through you,
Through all of your muscles,
Through all of your organs,
Through all of your cells and your DNA,
Cleansing,
Healing.
As you feel this and as you continue to relax,
It opens up the space for your body to heal.
Send love to these areas.
Acknowledge any kind of lesson that they have provided you.
Continue to send love to these areas.
Send love to yourself.
Remember that you can go through all of this at your own pace when you're ready.
So remember that as anything else comes up for you.
Just acknowledge and accept all that you're feeling,
All that you've gone through,
And all that you are now becoming.
And before we end,
I'm going to repeat this mantra,
And you can repeat it with me in your mind or out loud.
May I have the power to make changes that will improve my health.
May I have the power to make the changes that will improve my health.
May I have the power to make the changes that will improve my health.
Now imagine coming out from underneath of that waterfall back into that pool of nectar,
That pool of healing water.
Imagine those dark smudges continuing to rinse away as you breathe into them.
Imagine that you get out of the pool,
You find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down,
And the sun begins to warm your skin and begins to dry you off.
Everything that you're ready to release now begins to evaporate and transform into something new.
Imagine being able to fill that space with something that will improve your health.
Imagine now coming back to your physical body,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling grateful for this experience.
It's okay if you don't feel the effects of it right away.
Just continue to sunlove yourself.
