This is a guided meditation that will help you to connect with past over loved ones.
Whether it was a recent transition or something of the past,
Know that it's okay to mourn,
It's okay to cry,
It's okay to have feelings.
This is your space to be with these loved ones,
To say anything that you need to say,
To listen,
To be.
Whatever it is,
It's my hope to help guide you through a space of love,
Acceptance,
And peace.

When you're ready,
Close your eyes,
If safe to do so,
And get comfortable.
Feel your breath flowing in and out of your body.
Really bring your awareness back to your breath if it drifts away.
Feel your body sinking down,
Your muscles all being able to relax.
In your mind's eye,
See yourself walking down a path,
And either side of you is a blurry scene of nature.
The further you walk,
The more clear this nature,
This path becomes.
Eventually it all comes into perfect focus,
And you notice in front of you is a small,
Friendly looking cabin with puffs of smoke coming out of the chimney.
We know and understand that this cabin is your bridge to connecting with your loved ones.
When you're ready,
Walk into the cabin.
You see different kinds of furniture,
Rugs,
Decorations,
And things that make you feel at home.
The fire gives it a warm,
Cozy feeling.
Next to the fire is a large mirror.
Looking into the mirror,
You see yourself,
And behind you,
There starts to appear others that you recognize as your loved ones.
These passed over loved ones let you know that they are grateful for you,
Grateful for the memories that you cherish of them.
If you'd like to communicate or be with these loved ones,
All you have to do is walk through the mirror,
As you will be transported to them in this meditation.
Take a few minutes to connect,
Listen,
Communicate,
Whatever it is you feel called to do.

In a few moments,
We'll wrap up and end the meditation,
But right now,
Imagine a deep sense of peace coming over you.
This peace emanates and surrounds you and your loved ones.

And this piece just helps you to move on with your life,
Allowing any grief to transform now into new love.
When you're ready,
Feel yourself coming back to your body.
And open your eyes.
Make sure to stretch,
Do anything you need to to wake your body back up.
