Most of us could benefit from getting a boost of energy throughout our day.
We often turn to caffeine,
Coffee,
Energy drinks,
And a lot of other things outside of us.
But today,
We're gonna go within.
We're going to work with an affirmation for a natural way of being energized,
A natural way of being invigorated.
These tools you can do anywhere at any time,
Free of charge.
It's important that while I repeat these affirmations that you think of something that helps you to feel energized and invigorated.
Maybe it was an experience when you went to the beach.
Maybe it was a moment in your life that you got really excited about.
Just think of something each time we repeat these affirmations so that you continue to feel this energy,
This invigoration,
Building.
If you struggle to think of something,
Please do some jumping jacks,
Jog in place,
Do some kind of movement that helps to raise your energy while you listen to these affirmations.
So whenever you're ready,
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath,
Pause for a moment at the top,
And then exhale fully.
