Many of us benefit from getting a boost of energy throughout the day. We turn to caffeine, coffee, energy drinks, and a whole slew of other things outside of ourselves. Instead, we will work with affirmations for a natural way of being energized and invigorated.

Most of us could benefit from getting a boost of energy throughout our day.

We often turn to caffeine,

Coffee,

Energy drinks,

And a lot of other things outside of us.

But today,

We're gonna go within.

We're going to work with an affirmation for a natural way of being energized,

A natural way of being invigorated.

These tools you can do anywhere at any time,

Free of charge.

It's important that while I repeat these affirmations that you think of something that helps you to feel energized and invigorated.

Maybe it was an experience when you went to the beach.

Maybe it was a moment in your life that you got really excited about.

Just think of something each time we repeat these affirmations so that you continue to feel this energy,

This invigoration,

Building.

If you struggle to think of something,

Please do some jumping jacks,

Jog in place,

Do some kind of movement that helps to raise your energy while you listen to these affirmations.

So whenever you're ready,

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath,

Pause for a moment at the top,

And then exhale fully.

Continue to breathe as we hear these affirmations.

That... was amazing. I really appreciated the guidance to visualize something energizing while doing these affirmations. That was a key element that made this more successful for me than most other energizing affirmations that do not include brainwave entrainment (and even then, sometimes those aren't as effective as I would like). I brought back the memory of standing on a ledge of a suspension bridge, 340 feet in the air over a gorge with a river far below, looking across the narrow chasm at the fall foliage on the mountainside across from me, and ten the thrill of the wind whistling in my ears and on my face as I bungee jumped downward towards the river, the sense of weightlessness at the top of the return peak, and the gradual lowering and retrieval by the speedboat awaiting me on the river below. My heart started beating faster, my smile widened, and the music in the background of this track coupled with the echo effect maintained the energy and reminded me of the sound of our echoing voices in Skipper's Canyon, there in New Zealand, as we prepared for our jumps. Beautiful, beautiful memory, as vibrant with this practice as it was when I jumped 26 years ago. Thank you for sharing this.
