In our lives, fear often emerges as a natural response to the unknown, challenges, or past experiences. While it serves to protect us, fear can also hold us back, clouding our judgment and limiting our potential. Today, we will go on a journey to release fear and cultivate a sense of inner confidence. This meditation is designed to help you gently acknowledge your fears without judgment, understanding them as temporary states rather than permanent fixtures of who you are. Through guided visualization, mindful breathing, and positive affirmations, you will learn to let go of limiting beliefs and tap into your inherent strength and self-assurance.

Welcome to this meditation going from fear to confidence.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Let your shoulders relax.

Focus on your breathing.

Take a deep breath in all the way to your belly and breathe out,

Turning inwards to the present moment.

You're here now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Feel your shoulders relax more and more with every exhalation.

Fear can be an illusion,

But fear can also be something that tries to protect you and keeps you safe.

A lot of times we look at fear as it's a bad thing,

But fear is here to protect you and to keep you safe.

Fear is a message of what you're resisting.

Fear is a message that wants to be heard.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Take a moment to feel where you feel fear in your body.

How does it feel?

When does it arise within you?

When anxiety or fear is in our body,

We often resist,

Fight or avoid it.

We rarely question why we're feeling what we're feeling.

And even more rarely,

We don't consider these emotions as a messenger of love.

It's a messenger of love to keep you safe,

To not get hurt.

So feel what you feel when you feel the fear.

Where do you feel it in your body?

What kind of sensation does it bring within your body?

And instead of running away from the fear,

Invite it to sit with you.

Before you run away,

Sit and feel the fear.

Ask the fear what it tries to tell you.

Fear is a message.

What kind of message is it giving to you?

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Know that each emotion,

Each panic or fear can be released by loving and softening.

Fear holds a purpose and it's the key to doors we've wanted to open.

But everything that is new might be fearful.

So let's go inside of your body and breathe yourself open.

Take a deep breath in and imagine opening a door,

Letting fear in and not seeing it as an enemy,

But let it sit with you.

Invite it in and ask fear what it tries to tell you.

Fear is a messenger of love.

Take a moment to befriend fear,

A space within you that feels hard and closed.

And feel how you've been pushing that door to let it be closed.

Let go of the resentment and the pushing and invite fear in to sit with you as a messenger of love,

Helping you to be safe.

Shift from a perspective of resentment into acceptance.

The moment you accept that fear is,

The moment you can heal.

The other side of fear is courage and without courage we don't know fear and without fear we don't know courage,

The same as we know love,

The same as we know that there's good coffee because we experience bad coffee,

Life and its dualities.

Invite fear and accept it,

Let it sit with you.

There is dark and light,

The only way into more light is by having courage and asking my fears to speak and allow them to this room to deliver what they keep attempting to deliver.

Courage and fear are as important.

One is not the same without the other.

When you feel the fear,

What is the worst thing that can really happen?

A lot of times we make fear very big and in the end it's not that big at all.

Everything that's new is scary and getting out of your comfort zone means inviting fear to the table but instead of fearing fear,

Seeing it as a message of love,

A message of protection,

By accepting you feel fearful,

You also accept courage and when you accept fear you can step into your courage and your confidence,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

When you feel waves of anxiety,

Sadness,

Sleeplessness,

Worry or maybe even panic,

Go back to that space and invite them in,

Let them sit with you,

Have a cup of tea with your fear,

Your anxiety and ask them what are you trying to tell me,

What are you trying to protect me from and how is this serving me?

I have the courage to accept fear just like I have the courage to feel confident.

I have the courage to feel because only when I really feel I can heal.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth and feel how it feels when you accept fear and you don't fear fear,

How light fear can feel and when you accept fear as a part of you,

Feel how much courage you have,

Feel the confidence arising within you,

The power you have within you.

With every breath you take,

Take a deep breath in and out.

With every inhalation,

Inhale courage and confidence as a white light moving through your body and with every exhalation,

Let fear leave the room and say thank you fear for protecting me.

Take a deep breath in,

Invite courage and confidence,

Take a deep breath out,

Let fear go and thank the fear for protecting you.

Take a deep breath in and out,

One more time,

Deep breath in and out,

Feel the courage and the confidence in your body,

Surrounding your body as a white light shining and when you're ready,

Wiggle your toes and fingers,

Move your jaw and lift the corners of your mouth and put a smile on your face.

You are ready to face the day with courage and confidence.

Namaste.
