If you’re yearning to feel more - in a safe, nourishing way - this is your invitation to come home to yourself. This softly spoken track begins with a gentle reflection on why emotions can feel like too much, and how our nervous system learns to protect us. You’ll then be guided into a calming meditative space to gently rebuild inner safety and reconnect with the parts of you that long to be seen and held. Use this whenever you want to feel held.

Welcome,

Dear soul.

I'm Self Love Whisperer and I'm here to help you remember how to love yourself.

Little by little,

Love by love.

If you're here,

Maybe a part of you is yearning to feel more,

But safely,

To reconnect with yourself in a way that doesn't overwhelm,

But instead nourishes.

Your nervous system,

Your body memory,

Your whole emotional field,

They've all learned from experience.

And so,

Somewhere along the way,

It might have become risky to feel too deeply.

Maybe your big emotions weren't welcomed.

Maybe tenderness was met with confusion or intensity with silence.

And so,

You adapted.

An inner protector emerged,

Whispering,

Feel your feelings,

But only if no one will judge you.

Express your sadness or joy,

But only if it won't cost you connection.

Let it all out,

But don't fall apart.

Who will hold you then?

And this is why emotional blocks aren't just emotional,

They're also relational.

They show up in our closest and dearest relationships.

Then,

We end up not only wondering,

Can I feel this?

But also,

Will someone stay with me if I do?

Will I still be loved,

Seen,

Held,

If I don't hold it all together?

And so,

Feeling can be so vulnerable.

And until we rebuild that safety within,

We often need space for ourselves.

Little rituals,

Gentle and soft containers,

So that we can touch these deeper layers.

Not to hide from anyone,

But to connect to ourselves first.

To come home to ourselves,

So that we can also feel at home with others.

And now,

If it feels safe to do so,

Let's take a few moments together to come home to ourselves.

Begin by finding a cozy place and stillness.

You can close your eyes or soften your gaze.

And let your body feel into the support you're sitting or lying on.

And then,

Take a slow,

Kind breath in.

And let it go.

Let's do two more,

Just like that.

A breath in.

And release.

And one last breath in.

And let it go slowly.

No need to change anything.

Just letting yourself arrive.

Arrive to your body.

Now gently,

Place one hand on your chest.

And if it feels okay,

The other on your belly.

Feel the warmth of your own touch.

Feel the support of your own hands.

And just notice,

You are now here.

You are here with you.

And now,

Whisper that to yourself,

Internally or out loud.

I'm here with you.

You don't have to figure anything out right now.

It's safe to soften.

And stay here for a few breaths.

Just receiving your own presence.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to push away.

Just you,

Being with you.

Your body might want to sway.

Or move your hips in circles.

Maybe cry.

Or maybe it doesn't want to do absolutely anything.

All is welcome.

All of you are so welcome.

And if it gets a little bit uncomfortable,

Gently breathe into the discomfort.

And now,

Feel the weight of your body.

Feel your legs touching the ground.

And then,

Whenever you're ready,

Eyes still closed,

Begin to stretch,

Maybe yawn,

Or do whatever feels good in this moment.

And then,

Slowly blink your eyes open.

May you have a kind day,

Beautiful soul.
