And the vagus nerve begin to respond.
Parasympathetic system starts to come online.
Once again in through the nose.
Slight pause at the top.
On a longer exhale.
Now let the breath return to its natural rhythm.
No effort.
Simply observe it.
Now gently notice where the weight lives in your body right now.
Notting your thoughts.
In the physical body.
Is a tension in the jaw.
Throat.
Chest.
Stomach Simply noices.
With curiosity.
Not judgement.
Now I want you to draw your attention down.
Away from the heads.
Away from thoughts and the plans and the mental rehearsal of tomorrow.
Down through the throat down through the chest.
Down through the belly.
Feel the weight of your body.
Completely supported whatever is beneath you.
You do not need to hold yourself up right now.
Let everything be held.
Now drop your shoulders,
Let them fall away from your ears organically.
And clench the jaw.
Let the teeth pop slightly.
And bring your attentions to your hands.
Feel your hands from the inside out.
The weight.
The warmth.
Feel the aliveness in your hands.
Let's take one deep inhale together.
And an exhale.
Feel your body coming to stillness.
Coming out.
Of the driven to emerge.
Knot through 4's through permission.
There is a gap right now between the mind that was running the way monitoring.

Closing gaps,
Generating plans.
From this moment.
In this car.
Nothing is required of you.
No outputs.
No decisions.
No performance.
Simply this breath.
The body.

The aliveness.

There is something that has remained constant throughout the entire week.
