When everything feels like too much, the instinct is to think your way out — which only adds more. This practice does the opposite. It brings you back, gently, through the body. Overwhelm is the nervous system overloaded: too many signals, too much at once. This is a 10-minute somatic grounding practice for those moments — when the mind is spinning, and you need somewhere solid to stand. We come down through the weight of the body, the points of contact, the long exhale that signals to the system it's safe to slow. Nothing to fix. Nothing to solve. Just here, one breath at a time. The way back isn't bigger. It's smaller. A space to slow down.
