Hello my beloveds,
Today we practice the 8th meditation in our Beatitudes series.
To prepare our hearts and minds for meditation,
I invite you to close your eyes if it's safe and helpful to do so.
Relax your body in a comfortable position you can remain in for a few minutes.
In other words,
Be still.
Be still.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude and non-judgment and embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving-kindness.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
For theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
The people who are treated badly for doing what is right will be happy in the end,
Because theirs is the empire of love.
Those who are persecuted for doing what is right will end up happy,
For they will inherit the empire of the divine.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
For theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
Theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
Al-Olam,
The Eternal One,
Will bless those who are persecuted.
Happy are the ones who are persecuted for trusting Al-Olam.
The kingdom of the heavens belongs to them.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
For theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.
The empire of love.
