Hello my beloveds,
Today we practice the third meditation in our beatitude series.
To prepare our hearts and minds for meditation,
I invite you to close your eyes if it's safe and helpful to do so.
Relax your body in a comfortable position you can remain in for a few minutes.
In other words,
Be still.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude and non-judgment and embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving-kindness.
Blessed are the meek,
For they will inherit the earth.
The people who walk in humility will end up happy,
Because the earth will be theirs.
Blessed are the humble,
Because all the earth belongs to them.
Blessed are the meek,
For they will inherit the earth.
Yahweh-Yireh,
The Provider,
Will provide the meek with the whole earth.
The ones who walk with humility will be happy in the end,
Because they will inherit the earth.
The people who walk in humility will end up happy,
Because all the earth belongs to them.
Happy are the humble,
Because the whole earth will be theirs.
Blessed are the meek,
For they will inherit the earth.
