I have come as a light to shine in this dark world so that all who trust in me will no longer wander in darkness.

I have come as a light to shine in this dark world so that all who trust in me will no longer wander in darkness.

Let us meditate upon these words of Yeshua,

These words of hope.

We began this Advent season by meditating on the hope that although sometimes we may walk in darkness,

The season of Advent brings a light.

Today we meditate upon where that light comes from.

The Messiah brought messages of hope to all He encountered while He walked upon the earth.

In fact,

Fear not is perhaps the directive Yeshua gives more than any other instruction.

And the Christ continues to bring that message to anyone who has ears to hear.

The message of hope.

The message of hope.

If it is helpful,

I welcome you to cup your hands in a receiving position while you meditate upon receiving hope.

Receive hope.

Let all your tensions and anxiety go.

Let all your tensions and anxiety go.

And replace them with hope.

Release them with hope.

Receive hope.

Receive hope.

Release hope.

Release hope.

Release hope.

Release hope.

This was such a good reminder. I love the sound scape you create around the meditation. Between what I imagine is a cracking fire, your voice, and the music, I am always transported.

I so needed to hear this message of hope today, and getting rid of my anxiety for tomorrow's eye surgery. Thank you, dear Sean, for always making me feel better after listening and meditating to your audio tracks. 🙏🏻🤍 Bless you, you beautiful soul! 😇🙏🏻
