Take a comfortable seated position with your lower back supported and your head and neck free and close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose into the belly.

Take further breath into the chest.

Really fill up the lungs.

Hold the breath and release.

Again a deep breath in through the nose into the belly,

Into the chest and release.

One last time into the belly,

Chest and release.

Now allow the breath to settle into a very normal natural breathing rhythm.

And notice if there's any part of the body that may be holding tension.

Completely let go.

Begin to think the mantra Aham inside the mind effortlessly,

Faintly,

Allowing it to softly pulse as if it's going almost by itself.

Remember no controlling,

No trying or resisting anything.

When you notice yourself caught up in thoughts,

Effortlessly come back to the mantra without any force or strain.

Whatever you're experiencing,

Simply allow it.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

It’s so relaxing and I love the sound of water and the quietness. Thanks so much for this . What does the mantra mean?

Thank you so much Scott 💜I had been looking for a piece to do my I AM Mantra to and this is perfect! I figured just the right piece of music would arrive eventually, and it did. I've saved it and used it over and over. Warm blessings, Jo🙏❤

Great. It's the 1giantmind meditation, without having to re-download the 1giantmind app.

Lovely sounds. My monkey brain was chatting a lot though and this morning I found it difficult but I am bookmarking this one as it will help me

I loved this semi-guided approach. The guidance was gentle and helpful and the unguided part allowed me to be in my own space. Consider explaining the mantra briefly as this helps to ideate its meaning which can make the meditation more impactful. Also consider leaving the beautiful background music to run for a bit longer and fade the sound so it doesn’t end so abruptly. Or perhaps end it with the sound of bells or a gong. I really enjoyed this meditation. Thank you

It is 2:27 PM (I am in Jakarta). It is very crowded and very hot. I found it very hard to be mindful. Opened Insight Timer and found this meditation. I am so grateful. After chanting the mantra, I can feel the NOW again in this very hot and crowded day. Ah, being mindful; crowded or not, hot or cold, life is always beautiful.
