Welcome to the Cosmic Moments Releasing Meditation.
This is a meditation intended to help you release any and all vibrational resistance within you,
As well as any negative energy that is not serving your highest purpose and your life goals.
This powerful guided meditation is designed to bring fluidity and flow into your energetic body,
Your conscious and your subconscious mind.
You will lovingly release any outdated thoughts,
Any negative thought patterns,
And any old or dense emotions that are not in resonance with your new energetic system,
Your new desired life,
And your new trajectory into what is waiting for you ahead.
The more you release,
The more space you're creating energetically to attract all that you desire in this human experience.
And as you listen to my words,
Trust that every cell in your body is calibrating towards a higher frequency.
And as you increase your frequency,
Trust that you are shifting into a more aligned and a better version of yourself.
Now in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and feel your body relaxing as you slip into comfort and rest.
Take your mind's eye to the crown of your head and feel it releasing and relaxing the whole body.
As you release your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your arms,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your legs,
And your feet.
Allow everything outside of this moment to be released and just for a moment focus on yourself only.
Focus on the now only,
You in this present moment.
Take a deep inhalation and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
And with your eyes closed,
Take your mind's eye to the third eye,
The point between the eyebrows.
And visualize a white light emanating from this point.
Feel warmth coming from this point.
And now visualize this white light expanding and rotating as it forms a big ball that expands from your third eye over the crown of your head to the back of your neck to your shoulders,
Engulfing your whole body.
Visualize this as a connection to the universe.
Visualize this connection getting stronger as this light gets brighter.
Feel it infusing into every part of your body.
You are now an emanation of this light,
Giving you perspectives into your highest self,
The best version of you.
Take a deep breath in and on your exhale,
Repeat,
I compassionately release all that is not in alignment with my highest self.
I compassionately release all that is not in alignment with my highest self.
My history has no effect on where I am going.
The universe is unfolding in my favor and is responding to my highest vibration.
I can deliberately choose to feel better and shift my vibration into the now.
I release all judgment.
I release all struggle.
I release all doubt.
Take a deep inhalation,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
I choose to go with the flow.
I let go of trying to be perfect.
I release the need to look back because my highest self is in the now and is motivated to look forward.

I let go of worry because I trust that the universe is unfolding in my favor.
I choose to let go of that which does not serve my highest purpose.
I release all limiting beliefs.
I release time urgency.
I release feelings of loneliness.
I release sadness.
I release resentment.
I release shame.
I release anger.
I release blame.
I release trying to hang on to people that I have outgrown.
I release how only attract people that align with my highest self.
I release feelings of insecurity.
I choose to let it go.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Feel it all melting away as you exhale.
I release regret.
I trust that I am heading towards the best part of my life right now.

I release the need to compare myself to anyone.
I release the need to try to impress anyone.
I release the need to hold on to anything that is not working for me.
I release all pain.
I let go.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
I am attracting a life I love.
I let go of a need to justify myself to anyone.
I choose to let go and be happy.
I release the belief that I need fixing.
I am whole.
I am complete.
I choose to stop complaining.
I take responsibility for all my emotions.
I choose to empower myself and to remember that no one has the power over me.
I choose to focus on everything that I am grateful for.
I choose to focus on anything that goes right in my life.
I choose to focus on people that express love to me already.
I choose to remember that well-being is always available to me through a simple mind shift.
I choose to remember that I am good enough.
I choose to remember that the more I shift in my mind and my inner world,
The more I take time for myself and my inner thoughts,
The more I become calm in my emotional body,
The more the world shifts around me and reflects this calm.
I choose to remember that life is beautiful.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
I am free because I choose what thoughts I think and what emotions I lean into.
I release all my fears right now as I step into my highest and truest and best self.
I am love.
I am free of resistance.
I release any dense energy.
I release any tension in my body.
I take a deep breath in and out and in and out and in and out.
Feel the body becoming lighter,
Feel the emotional body feeling happier,
Feel the power of your choices and the shift in your mind and body.
Take a deep breath in and hum on the exhale.
Hum.
And just feel that vibrational shift in the body from the mind to the toe.
And when you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and open the eyes.
