Hello,

Friend.

I'm Susan Lorenzo Blair,

And I thank you for choosing to join me for this reading of meditative poetry.

I'm excited to share this with you.

This reflective poem was created to empower you to claim your true identity.

It uses background sounds and ambient tones,

Repetition,

And rhyme to latch onto multiple senses simultaneously for a bit of a boost to your mood.

Reflecting upon its imagery allows them to become living affirmations within you.

Since what Jung called our collective unconscious communicates with us in symbols and abstractions,

Meditating on poetry can be a powerful tool to tap into that level of your spiritual self,

The one that shares universal experiences with humanity.

So you don't really even need to like the poem or meditate on it in the traditional sense.

And it may even sound a little funny at first,

Like a poem song.

But just by listening a few times with a bit of an open mind,

You might start to notice the intention of the poem starting to grow within you.

You might also notice that within this poem,

There might be messages just for you.

So please feel free to listen anytime and anywhere,

Whenever you need a little positivity,

Empowerment,

And reflective time.

Mostly,

I do hope you accept this as a little offering,

A little gift I made for you.

May it lift your spirits,

Expand your mind,

And open your heart.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

I am free flowing,

Everlasting energy.

I am mountains of strength and oceans of depth and bittersweet love unconditionally.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

I am free loving,

Ever constant energy.

I'm the cool blue silence of Twilight's embrace and a forest of possibilities.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

I am free willed,

Free spirited energy.

I'm the green glisten dew of dawn's sweet kiss and the beauty of vulnerability.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

I am free flying,

Life giving energy.

I'm the breath and death and rising again with abundant inevitability.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

And I feel you within this great energy.

We are soaring above and catching below and floating into infinity.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

I am more than you see.

So much love to you friends.

Thanks for listening and letting me try this little experiment.

I did hope you enjoyed it and that you would turn again soon.

Until next time,

This is Susan Lorenzo Blair with your meditative poetry.
