Namaste! My name is Saumya. Recently, while I was meditating, I entered a state of deep trance. As I moved out of the meditative state, I continued to be in the state of trance as I wrote some things down - so what I am about to share with you is not something that I have created. This is something that came to me from a place of deep knowing and I feel called to share this with you. It is my hope that this information helps you and that I am able to share it in the form that it was intended.

Namaste!

Recently while I was meditating,

I entered a state of deep trance.

As I moved out of the meditative state,

I continued to be in this state of trance as I wrote some things down.

So what I am about to share with you is not something that I have created.

This is something that came to me from a place of deep knowing and I feel called to share this with you.

As you listen to this sharing,

Keep yourself open to receiving this knowledge by being in a state of receptivity.

You may choose to sit in a comfortable cross-legged meditative posture with your eyes closed or on a chair,

Resting your hands on your thighs,

Palms facing up towards the ceiling.

Allow your breathing to be normal.

It is my hope that this information helps you and that I am able to share it in the form that it was intended to be.

Take what makes sense to you and that which you feel ready to receive.

Let go of that which does not make sense right now.

Let us begin.

There is no concept of time.

Time exists only in terms of the physical body.

The physical body ages and changes and that is why you look different at 1,

Different at 20,

Different at 40 and different at 60.

There are physiological changes taking place,

Each change eventually leading to the destruction of the physical body.

So is there a concept of time?

Yes,

But only for the body.

Your body will age and die.

That is a given.

But will you age and die?

No.

Your body is limited to a physical space at any given time.

You are not.

So anything that you want or desire is already present in your life.

Your mental body can experience it right now.

If you can align your frequency to that,

It is already yours.

And so everything that you want is truly in the now.

If you look at the brain scans of people who are imagining things,

The same part of the brain lights up if they were actually experiencing something physically.

This means something is happening there right?

And it is happening in the now.

This is different from worrying about the future or feeling anxious about the same.

When you are experiencing something in this moment with your mental body,

When you are travelling across time and dimensions,

You will experience a sense of expansiveness and calm even if what you are experiencing is not particularly peaceful.

There is a sense of knowing and experiencing.

This is different from imagining different scenarios in which you feel threatened or afraid.

Fear is usually a response to a perceived threat or danger,

To the physical body or to your emotions.

If you are feeling fearful right now,

Which means if your body is feeling a perceived sense of threat,

You may start imagining scenarios that fuel the threat further.

The opposite is also true.

If you are imagining fearful scenarios,

Your body begins to start feeling scared and in danger.

This is not a pleasant state to be in.

And this is not the same as travelling with your mind.

This is your mind playing against you.

When you travel with your mind body,

Your mental body,

To another possibility,

Two conditions are needed.

Your body needs to be completely relaxed so that there is no sense of danger that you are perceiving right now.

This is why it is recommended to be in a state of meditation when you travel and to practice in a place where you are feeling physically safe to start with.

The second is that the travel is gradual at the beginning.

You can sense the moving away from your present space to the space that you are going to.

And then you don't need to add details or edit details once you reach a certain place in your mind.

Allow the mental body to take over.

It is far more intelligent than the sceptical part of your mind.

If you allow yourself to relax just enough and if you know how to surrender to the process,

Your mental body will show you a vivid,

Clear picture of the place you are in.

There is no effort needed.

Just relax and enjoy.

Like you would if you were physically in that space.

Relax and observe whatever comes up,

Basking in the emotion that comes up for you in the physical body.

This is where your mental and physical bodies are merging,

Thereby helping you align your physicality with the non-physical.

When you are aligned enough,

Know that this is truly happening in the now,

Which means that which you desire,

That which you truly want,

Is not something in the future.

It is already yours in this moment,

Which is the only real moment.

So the truth about manifesting is this.

What you desire is already yours.

A mental representation of the same,

The non-physical,

Energetic version of that,

Is already yours,

Already one with your mental body.

You have already experienced it.

This is not the same as imagination.

There is conscious effort in imagination.

You have to allow your mental body to expand and experience this on its own.

Relax,

Drop all efforts,

And just experience.

When you are ready to come back and integrate with your physical body,

Gradually bring yourself back.

You are quite literally coming back to this physical space,

In this physical body,

From the non-physical space that you were in.

So give yourself enough time to integrate and come back.

Don't rush this process.

It is important to not rush this process.

Once you feel complete and whole with your physical body,

Open your eyes.

There is no need for fear or disbelief.

Again,

This is not the same as imagination.

It seems like it,

But imagination requires a lot of conscious effort.

When you time travel,

For the lack of a better word,

You are actually just travelling across a horizontal plane,

Because there is no path to the future.

Everything is existing simultaneously.

What you experience depends on which dimension of frequency you were able to align your mental body with.

So when you time travel,

You go through it for real.

We often confuse real with what is physical.

The feeling of love is not a physical object.

You can't touch love,

But do you feel it as something real?

In the same way,

These mental travels,

These journeys that you take,

Are just as real.

You need to be open to possibilities.

The physical body has its limitations.

The mental and astral body do not.

If your mind can be trained to go beyond a state of fear and worry into a state of deep relaxation,

This travel is then possible.

And so meditation is not just about sitting quietly and thinking of nothing.

Meditation opens up a gateway to possibilities.

It opens you up to possibilities beyond physical limitations.

It starts off with quieting the mind though,

And so training,

Formal training,

In meditation is needed.

The physiological changes that take place in the body just point to the interconnectedness of the different parts of you,

The physical and the mental.

So while meditation is so good for you,

Both mentally and physically,

That is only the beginning of what it can do for you.

This brings us to the end of this talk.
