Enjoy the moment of breathing long and deep and connecting to your soul. Day 3 of the 40 days in which I invite you to stop whatever you’re doing and take a conscious moment to focus all your attention to your breath. Your breath is your gift of life. Cherish it, nourish it, be aware of it. It allows your best friend, your soul, to talk to you and to feel connected on a deeper level.

Sat Gertin here.

Today again I want to breathe with you.

Sit down and take the time to stop and connect to our own inner self,

Our best friend which is inside of us,

Our soul.

Because the more often we are silenced,

The more often we take time to really really connect to what's in our selves,

The louder that voice comes and the more clear we become in what is our purpose.

So,

You think this 3 minutes is nothing,

But I know and I really feel that 3 minutes sitting and consciously breathing is the best.

So let's do it.

You can close your eyes and we'll start.

Three minutes are over again.

Just breathe in.

Breathe out.

Move your fingers,

Move your toes,

Move your body.

Stretch it a bit.
