Today again I want to breathe with you.
Sit down and take the time to stop and connect to our own inner self,
Our best friend which is inside of us,
Our soul.
Because the more often we are silenced,
The more often we take time to really really connect to what's in our selves,
The louder that voice comes and the more clear we become in what is our purpose.
So,
You think this 3 minutes is nothing,
But I know and I really feel that 3 minutes sitting and consciously breathing is the best.
