Today we're talking about there is no race and actually this title could have two meanings it could mean there is no race as in racial identity which is also true however because of being one there is no division that can be based on skin color or place of origin however this particular title there is no race is talking about something different life is not a competition there is no race no finish line there are no winners or losers when you understand that souls don't operate this way that there is no competition between souls you can let go of so much drama and frustration as a soul you are here to expand fully into love and this will happen over time this is the same for everyone the universe well what a relief to know that there is no competition that there is no race we are not in a hurry to accomplish anything we're not in a hurry to have things happen we do not need to compete with each other we do not need to jockey for position to see who can be quote better than another souls don't operate this way and in fact the way souls do operate is souls help each other we've all arrived on this planet as infinite beings making this passage through lifetime again and again and again sometimes on earth sometimes different places but we've all arrived we've all agreed to do this dance together and we've all agreed that we're helping each other and sometimes we help each other in these beautiful ways where we lend assistance and are kind to each other and loving and sometimes we help each other by being the difficult or sticky relationship or situation that comes up and mirrors to us or shows us reveals to us the soul lesson we're actually working on so let's help each other all kinds of ways but every single person you meet whether you can see it clearly at that moment every single person in your path is a helper soul whether they're positive or negative and as you're going through all of these relationships and situations and events in your life this idea that you're here to experience it all and at first you just experience it all from a place of being asleep and then you start to wake up and then you become conscious and then you start to understand the flow that's happening all around you and then you start to understand that the universe is not only participating in your life but fully communicating with you in every moment and then this whole idea the egoic competitive response of it's a race it's a competition we have to do better we have to win it all just falls away as complete misbelief this whole idea that many of us have been raised on totally falls away of course we've heard it a million times right we've heard be here now this idea of being in nowness we've heard the power of now we've heard chop wood carry water these are just a few of the common ideas of just just being and existing in the magic is what we're here for we're not here to tick off another box or do this other thing we're told we should do we're just here to be in the magic of this experience if you've been feeling pressurized that you're not getting ahead or you're not moving along fast enough or nothing's happening or you're behind or you haven't done anything or whatever wherever it is you are just remember there is no race life is not a competition and just let that go and see what's really there in your life right this moment right now
