And as you exhale,
Close your eyes all the way down.
Body beginning to relax even more wonderfully and deeply.
Feel what it's like for your eyes to be closed.
And feel the velvety darkness behind your eyelids.
As you focus gently on that velvety darkness,
You notice your mind and your body relaxing even more deeply.
Go ahead and feel how good that feels.
Take a nice deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Relax the top of your head.
And relax your forehead,
Smoothing out any creases.
Even relaxing your eyebrows.
Relax the tiny muscles next to your eyes.
