Inspired by the beautiful Hawaian Ho'oponopono prayer this audio has been created as a short, yet powerful, release for you to use anytime. Reach for it when you feel tension around a recent event, after an argument in your relationship, when you have deeper awareness from a past event - anytime you notice you are holding on and are also ready to let go.

Take in a beautiful deep breath,

Filling your body,

And feel the expansion of this now.

Hold it for just a moment,

And then fully release the breath out.

Do this again,

Taking a deep breath,

Allowing it to fill you up,

And holding for just a moment,

And then releasing it all the way out.

One more time,

Bringing another deep breath in and expanding your belly and chest,

Letting this breath get into the recesses and spaces that may feel tight,

And then releasing it all the way back out.

Beautiful.

Now imagine a big,

Flat,

Open space before you.

It's completely empty and ready to receive whatever it is you're ready to release right now.

You're free to put anything and everything here that has been holding you back,

Weighing you down,

And keeping you stuck.

Anything is allowed.

Any experience,

Any relationship,

Any memory,

Any past version of you or someone else,

Or anything that wants space around it.

Put it here now before you in this big,

Flat,

Open space,

Noticing these things here and just allowing them to be.

There you go.

Perfect.

Now check in and see if there's anything else that you want to put here today.

It could be anything.

What else is ready to be released?

Put it here now.

Standing in front of these items in this big,

Flat,

Open space,

You're going to notice any cords that are attaching you to them.

Notice how they connect to you and where on your body they are.

And now you're going to take a sharp object.

It could be a knife,

Scissors,

A laser.

It doesn't matter.

Whatever you have right here will work perfectly.

Taking the sharp object in your hand,

You're going to cut the cord here and watch as they drop and move away from your body.

Next you're going to pull the remaining cords that are still attached to you by the roots out of your body and place them on that big,

Flat,

Open space before you.

Pull them out.

Make sure you get them all out of the root,

Putting them before you on the big,

Flat,

Open space.

There you go.

It's perfect.

Facing all of this,

You're going to say the following.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

I forgive you.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

I forgive you.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Forgive you.

Thank you.

I love you.

Now you're going to turn around and facing the opposite direction from all of this.

Say,

I release you now.
