This meditation audio is for you to use at any time that you want to be taken back to your baseline state.

Your baseline state is always one of love,

Ease,

Peace,

And expansion.

This baseline state is where you get to create your best work.

It's where you get to be clear for your clients.

It's what you get to go back to any time and every time you feel tense,

Stuck,

Confused,

Or simply just want to have more ease.

So we're going to start by taking a few deep breaths.

You're going to bring your breath as deeply into your belly as possible.

Any feelings of tension,

Any feelings of being stuck,

Any feelings of resistance are fine.

They're welcome.

Allow your beautiful sacred breath just to move past these areas and into your belly as deeply as possible.

Your breath may pass through feelings of spaciousness,

Openness,

And expansion,

And this is just fine.

Allow your sacred breath to move past these areas and bring your breath as deeply into your belly as possible.

Take deep breaths in through your mouth.

Hold it for a moment and then release it back through your mouth.

Beautiful.

On your next breath,

I want you to bring awareness to the base of your spine.

I want you to bring awareness to this area knowing that this is your root.

This is your connection point to the earth.

So as you're taking deep breaths as deeply into your belly as possible,

You also have your awareness on this area,

The very,

Very base of your spine.

On your next breath,

I want you to energetically draw this breath to this area at the base of your spine.

On your next breath,

I want you to energetically draw this breath that you have brought as deeply as you can into your belly,

Drawing it energetically deeper and deeper down,

Bringing your breath deeper and deeper down until it reaches the base of your spine.

Taking a deep breath,

Drawing it down deeper and deeper and allowing it to be pulled down,

Down,

Down,

Deeper to the base of your spine.

And as your breath reaches the base of your spine,

A beautiful cord sprouts.

And with every breath you take,

This cord reaches down deeper and deeper,

Magnetically being drawn toward the earth and into the earth.

And with each of your deep breaths,

This cord is going down deeper and deeper into the earth.

As you bring your breath deeper and deeper into your belly,

Your beautiful cord is drawing down deeper and deeper,

Deeper and deeper through the layers of the earth.

You begin to notice as your cord is being drawn down deeper and deeper that the sacred nourishing unconditional loving energy of the earth is being drawn up your cord.

With each breath,

Your cord is going down deeper and deeper and the energy of the earth is being drawn up,

Up,

Up,

Up your cord.

Up,

Up,

Up.

With each breath,

This beautiful sacred earth energy is coming up,

Up,

Up until it reaches the base of your spine and comes into your body.

With each one of your deep,

Beautiful sacred breaths,

This beautiful divine earth energy is filling your body.

You feel it filling up the pelvis,

Filling up.

As it fills up in your pelvis,

It washes and it releases over your hips.

This beautiful divine earth energy comes down your legs.

It goes across over your knees and down your calves.

This beautiful earth energy fills your feet and it releases out your toes.

With each one of your beautiful sacred breaths and your cord going down deeper into the earth,

You're drawing up sacred earth energy that's filling your body.

It's winding up your spine.

It's filling your belly and it's filling up,

Up,

Up this beautiful divine earth energy and it's entering into your heart.

This divine earth energy is filling your heart space.

It's filling up your shoulders.

It's spilling over your shoulders.

It's coming down your,

Your arms.

It's crossing over your elbows.

It's coming past your forearms and into your hands and this beautiful earth energy is coming out your fingertips.

With each beautiful deep breath that you're bringing,

Connecting more deeply with the earth,

You're drawing up this divine earth energy and it's filling your body.

It's rising up your chest and it's coming up past your throat chakra.

It's filling and expanding your throat chakra,

Opening up this energy center so that you can take even deeper breaths in and out.

This beautiful sacred earth energy is rising up through the top of your spine.

It's filling your head.

It's caressing over your beautiful third eye,

Filling the entirety of your head.

This beautiful earth energy is washing over every organ,

Every bone,

Every tendon,

Every ligament,

Every cell of your being is washed in this beautiful earth energy.

You feel it permeating every area of your body.

As you breathe deeply,

Deeply into your body,

You're breathing more deeply into the earth.

As you breathe and connect more deeply into the earth,

You're exchanging energy with the earth and you're receiving this divine earth energy in your body.

You begin to notice that your breath and the pulse of your breath,

The pulse of your heart is in rhythm with that of the earth.

You're waking up again.

You're being reminded of the truth that as you walk upon the earth,

You belong to the earth.

As you open up to the truth that you belong to the earth,

You remember that you are one with the earth.

You are one with her.

You are one with her sacred,

Divine nourishment.

You are one with her unconditional loving presence.

You embody that which she is.

And as you breathe into this truth and this remembering,

As you take deep sacred breaths into this knowing,

I want you to bring your attention to the space just above your head.

If you were to lift up your arm above your head and stretch it up high and then flop your hand over at your wrist right there at that space about two feet above your head is your spirit gate.

It is the portal that opens you up to the beyond,

To the endless possibilities,

To all future potentiality that exists as we move into the expanse of the universe.

So taking in another sacred,

Delightful breath into your body,

I want you to draw this breath up to the spirit gate,

Reaching this breath up as high as you can into your body and allowing your awareness of the spirit gate to be met with the sacred breath.

And on your next breath,

Noticing the opening of a portal,

A sacred portal that opens you up,

Opens you up to this delightful ever expansiveness of the universe.

And you notice with each breath that you take that this portal that opens up above your head rises up higher and higher,

Higher and higher above your head,

Opens you up beyond the atmosphere of this earth,

Opens you up with each breath into the universe.

You're opening up,

Expanding more,

More and more higher and higher into the universe,

Your portal.

This beautiful channel is opening up and you notice it opening up,

Moving beyond stars and planets and galaxies.

And with each beautiful breath,

You open up higher and higher,

Higher and higher.

And you notice that you're opening up to an energy,

Into a light that feels so familiar and so,

So ancient.

And as you open up to this energy and light and as your portal,

This channel opens up to the ever expanse of the universe,

You are receiving this expanse of universal star energy back down through your channel.

You're feeling it coming down,

Down,

Down as you're opening up,

Up,

Up.

This beautiful expanse of universal energy is coming down,

Down,

Down your channel,

Down through the universe,

Past galaxies,

Past stars.

It's coming into our own atmosphere.

It's coming down,

Down,

Down until you feel it start to come closer and closer to that spirit gate above your head.

And in an instant you feel it washing down through the spirit gate.

You feel this energy pouring down through your head like a beautiful waterfall.

This beautiful expanse of universal star energy coming down into your head,

Washing over your third eye,

Filling the entirety of your head,

Washing down your spine,

Coming across your throat chakra,

Spilling into your chest.

This beautiful expanse of universal star energy filling your chest,

Spilling over your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Across your elbows,

Into your forearms and into your hands,

Coming out your fingertips.

This beautiful universal star energy coming down into your belly,

Filling up all those chakra centers in your belly.

This beautiful universal star energy filling you until it reaches that root that connects you to the earth.

It's filling your pelvis.

The entirety of your being is being filled with this universal star energy and you feel it coming over your pelvis,

Spilling down your thighs,

Over your knees,

Down your calves into your feet.

This beautiful universal star energy is coming out your toes.

And right now you're in the experience.

You're in the experience of this delightful mix of grounding sacred earth energy,

An expanse of universal star energy.

And you're reminded of the truth of your being.

That is you belong to the earth,

That as you're one with the earth,

That as you move in this sacred,

Unconditional,

Loving sacred earth energy,

You are at the same time moving with the earth into the ever-expanse of the universe.

And every moment you are one with the earth and you are one with the ever-expanse of the universe.

At every moment you are grounded in the power of the earth and you are expanding into the unlimited possibilities of the future.

This is who you are.

This is your truth.

And this is what you offer to the world.

Breathing into this truth,

Being with it,

Embodying it,

Taking seven deep breaths,

Starting at the base of your spine,

At your root chakra,

Breathing in and holding your breath in the center for just a moment and exhaling,

Embodying this truth of who you are.

I am one with the earth as I expand to the universe.

Breathing into your second chakra,

I am one with the earth,

Breathing out as I expand to the universe.

Breathing into your third chakra,

Your solar plexus,

I am one with the earth,

Breathing out as I expand with the universe,

Breathing into your heart chakra,

I am one with the earth as I expand out into the universe.

Breathing into your throat chakra,

I am one with the earth as I expand out to the universe.

Breathing into your third eye,

I am one with the earth as I expand out into the universe.

Breathing into your seventh chakra,

Your spirit gate,

I am one with the earth as I expand out into the universe.

Beautiful being,

Beautiful soul,

This is your baseline state.

This is your truth.

This is who you are.
