Expand your capacity for gratitude and anchor this into your body. By identifying not just the things that it's easy to be grateful for, but also include the things you've subconsciously decided you can't be grateful for is a powerful and humbling journey into a place of deeper appreciation and reverance.

Tap into your heart space and notice what's here.

Notice what is immediate front and center in your heart that you're grateful for.

Maybe one thing is standing out,

Two or three,

Be a whole scene.

Just tapping into this and just noticing what this quality of gratitude feels like and how you feel in your body and you're grateful for this.

Notice what's here for you to receive,

These people,

These circumstances,

These events that are present right here in your heart space that you're grateful for.

When you show up in gratitude,

When you have gratitude for this,

What comes to you?

What does this feel like?

Really tapping into this energy of gratitude in your body.

Breathing in through your nose,

Breathing in this gratitude,

Feeling it in your body,

Bringing it all the way down,

Holding for a moment and then just exhaling out,

Letting it spread and expand.

Breathing like this for a few breaths,

Anchoring and expanding it.

Beautiful.

And so then we're going to invite in another layer.

These are the things that are the people,

The circumstances,

The events that are edgy,

But you can stretch and be grateful for the gifts,

The lessons,

The learning,

The stretching that perhaps you've done that has made you a better person,

That has given you the opportunity to deepen into your truth and your knowing.

So let's just take a moment here to just expand this heart space,

Expand this beautiful container of gratitude that you have to now envelop this next layer and just notice what's here.

It might be one or two things or a handful of things that represent this more edgy layer of gratitude,

But it's not out of reach.

Just breathing gratitude for all of this into your body and just noticing the quality here that you have access to.

You're grateful for this and exhaling,

Letting this gratitude container expand to fully hold all of this,

To fully hold anything that was edgy,

Anything that stretched you,

Anything that you might not have asked for consciously that came to you regardless and that you now recognize it's a beautiful gift.

Just noticing this quality of gratitude,

Letting it mingle and weave in with that more obvious gratitude that you have,

Giving it a place to be,

To land,

To live,

To have right here in this container of gratitude.

Again taking a few beautiful deep breaths,

Drawing in with your breath,

Drawing in even closer these,

This,

This quality,

Bringing it in closer with your inhale,

Holding it,

Bringing it right here to center,

Right in your heart,

Exhaling,

Expanding,

Integrating,

Releasing any of those edgy pieces of resistance that keeps you from recognizing that you get to be grateful for this.

Breathing in,

Drawing it in closer,

Bringing it straight and right to your heart.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Releasing any areas that are resistant to this.

Trying to breathe this way,

Drawing it in,

Releasing any of those barriers.

Beautiful,

And just lining now to this new quality of gratitude that includes more.

There's more here,

Friend.

Feel the complexity,

The layers,

The richness,

The diversity.

Now we're going to stretch.

We're going to stretch one more time.

I want to invite you to think about,

To see,

To notice the things that are always present that you've never even considered to be grateful for.

It's not that it's because they're hard or difficult,

But maybe because they're just so mundane or simple,

They don't really capture your attention,

Kind of go under the surface.

Something that you've maybe you've previously just brushed aside,

Even a relationship,

An experience,

Something that's in your day to day that you take for granted.

Notice what this looks like.

What are these things?

How are these showing up here on this third layer out here?

Not even in your sphere of consciousness,

It's something for someone to be grateful for,

Or to feel gratitude toward.

Just take a moment,

Just notice who's showing up,

What's showing up here.

Maybe it's a situation that causes you pain,

Just hurts your heart,

But it actually is never,

Nothing's ever happened to you,

But you see it and it just hurts.

Notice what it would be like to draw gratitude in here and to invite this edgiest layer to receive your container of gratitude,

To expand your capacity from your heart,

To include that which you've never really even considered,

To be in this sphere of anything to be grateful for.

What becomes available to you when you allow this?

Just noticing how the energy here can just open up a little bit to allow gratitude,

To invite this in,

To weave out here on the edges.

Notice this quality of gratitude,

The one that seemed the least tangible.

What is it bringing to you?

Notice how the quality of gratitude shifts to hold all of this.

Notice how the energy around the edgy things you're grateful for,

Notice how the quality shifts around the obvious things you're grateful for.

And to expand your capacity to include things that you never even thought to consider to be grateful for.

Breathing this in,

Breathing in this capacity to hold more,

To allow more gratitude.

Noticing what this feels like in your body,

Breathing it in and what happens when you exhale fully through your mouth and dissolve,

Dissolve those barriers.

Breathing in,

Drawing in,

Drawing in this last layer,

Letting it weave,

Move,

Integrate.

Noticing as it comes closer and closer to your heart,

Closer and closer to the obvious,

What starts to shift and change for you.

Noticing any false ideas about how you need to protect yourself,

How you need to be kept separate,

How you need to compartmentalize what you get to feel gratitude toward and why.

Breathing in,

Allowing this to integrate exactly how it wants to integrate right here.

Breathing out,

Releasing any falsities,

Any shadows,

Any light.

Doing a breathe in this way.

Beautiful,

Long inhales through your nose,

Long,

Full exhales out through your mouth,

Gratitude in all its layers,

In all its form,

Allowance,

Receiving,

Integrating,

Having,

And being.

Thank you,

Beautiful souls.

Move your body,

Your shoulders,

Your legs,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Open your eyes to a soft gaze if you haven't already.

Let your body draw you forth into your day,

Letting your beautiful heart space in this container of gratitude that you have to lead you,

To connect you,

To be a place where you can relate to everything and everyone else and then just notice and experience what happens next.

You need so much love.
