We'll begin with Bhramari pranayama (humming bee breath), a simple practice that helps soothe the nervous system and encourage relaxation. From there, you'll be guided through a body scan and visualization designed to create more space between you and your thoughts. The practice concludes with a heart-centered meditation, inviting you to reconnect with a sense of grounded steadiness that remains beneath the activity of the mind. Rather than trying to stop the mind, this practice invites you to observe your thoughts with greater ease, release what doesn't need your attention right now, and discover a deeper sense of steadiness within.
