This 15-minute NSDR Yoga Nidra body scan is designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension from the body, and guide you into a state of deep rest. Through breathwork, sensory awareness, and a traditional rotation of consciousness body scan, you’ll be gently guided out of mental overstimulation and into a quieter, more restful state of awareness. Inspired by Yoga Nidra and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), this practice is supportive for moments of stress, overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, or anytime you need to slow down, reset, and reconnect with the body through deep rest.
