Hi beautiful soul,
Welcome to your time.
Today we're going to spend some time together,
Playing in the realms of self-forgiveness and self-acknowledgement.
As humans we can be incredibly hard on ourselves.
And so for just a few minutes,
Let's invite in and offer ourselves,
Our hearts,
Our weary humans,
Some beautiful divine pure forgiveness and some beautiful light-filled acknowledgement.
Allowing ourselves to soften,
To release,
To let go of any of that tension that we've been holding from times past where we've judged ourselves,
Times where we've felt we can't forgive ourselves,
Or times where we feel like we have to hold on or keep beating ourselves up.
Allowing the old energy of that to begin to drop away,
And then creating space for us to offer ourselves loving care,
Compassion,
Kindness and acknowledgement.
So the way that we play today,
I'm going to offer you some beautiful affirmations,
And I'll say them and then allow some space so that you can say them yourself if you'd like to.
You can say them out loud,
In your heart,
In your mind,
Or just allow yourself to receive the beautiful pure love and loving intent of these affirmations.
So as we begin,
I invite you to make yourself beautifully comfortable.
Taking a beautiful breath in,
Breathing in peace.
And breathing out,
Releasing whatever is in the mind,
In the body,
In the field,
That's getting in the way of you feeling completely peaceful and relaxed in this moment.
As you take your next breath,
In and out in your own natural pace and time and rhythm,
I invite you just to gently bring your focus to the face.
And just letting your entire face soften and relax.
Just noticing where you might have been holding tension through the face,
Or perhaps through the neck and the shoulders.
Just letting all of those parts of the body soften.
And as we play with these affirmations,
I ask that your highest self,
Your highest guides,
Your highest light,
Please provide beautiful divine protection for you for your highest good.
And create a safe and sacred healing space as we shift some energy together today.
And please know too that your beautiful divine human,
Your divine soul,
Will know exactly what is needed for you for your highest good today.
So whether there are particular thoughts or memories or things that pop to mind consciously,
Or whether you just flow with this process together with me,
Know and trust that this is safe and supportive.
And that your human and your soul will know exactly what to do with everything that is presented today.
So just taking one more beautiful breath in,
Breathing in peace and calm.
Breathing out,
Just letting any of that tension go from the body.
Now let's play with some affirmations together.
Starting with forgiveness.
I forgive myself.
I forgive myself for judging myself.
I forgive myself for being hard on myself.
I forgive myself.
For any time.
That I was unkind to myself.
I forgive myself for all of my past choices.
And I acknowledge that I was doing the best that I could.
With what I knew in that very moment.
I forgive myself.
And I forgive myself for judging myself.
I acknowledge myself.
I acknowledge every single part of me.
As pure light.
I acknowledge and accept all of the parts of me.
Even those which in the past.
I may have judged or rejected.
I acknowledge myself.
I honour myself.
And I appreciate myself.
And if there's anything in particular that's coming to mind.
That you'd like to forgive yourself for judging yourself about.
Perhaps a moment in time,
An exchange,
A memory.
Something that happened in a past time.
Please know that you can personalise this affirmation.
And use it as often and wherever you choose.
An example might be.
I forgive myself.
For judging myself.
For being hard on myself.
I forgive myself for judging myself.
For being frustrated the other day.
You can take this affirmation and make it your own.
And know too that you can personalise.
The affirmation of self-acknowledgement.
And that you can use it.
I acknowledge myself.
For taking time for myself today.
I acknowledge myself for making time to be kind to myself today.
I'm going to give you about a minute now.
To just sit with this essence,
This energy,
This intention.
Of self-forgiveness.
Of releasing self-judgement.
And of offering your beautiful self.
Some kindness and acknowledgement.
And if there's anything in particular right now that you feel you'd like to forgive yourself for.
Or forgive yourself for judging yourself for.
Or acknowledge yourself for.
Just allow yourself to drop into that beautiful heart space.
And offer yourself and receive from yourself.
That forgiveness and acknowledgement.
And as we begin to round out.
I invite you to take a gentle breath in.
Breathing in forgiveness.
Breathing out releasing any judgement.
Breathing in acknowledgement.
Breathing out just releasing and letting go.
Of whatever no longer serves you.
Of whatever you no longer need to hold onto.
Please know that you can return to this practice.
To this process,
To these affirmations.
Anytime you choose,
Wherever you are.
It can be a beautiful practice to sit and make some space.
But you can do this wherever you are.
It need only take a minute.
You can offer yourself that kindness.
That compassion.
That forgiveness and acknowledgement.
In any moment,
In any breath.
Wherever you are.
