This meditation is for anyone who is ready to attract in a soulmate. Manifestation requires awareness and action and the repetition of visualisation as well as embodying feelings of excitement about meeting your true love help to call in your match.

Hi,

My name is Sarah and I'm a meditation teacher and relational life therapist.

Welcome to this Manifest a Soulmate meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable position for your body.

Have your palms facing upwards as if you are receiving from the universe.

Closing your eyes and focusing in on your breath.

Slowly inhaling through the nostrils and gently exhaling through your mouth.

Allow your breath to sound like the waves of the ocean.

As you breathe in for a count of four and slowly exhale for a count of eight.

Allowing each breath to take you deeper into rest.

Allow any surrounding sounds to take you deeper into relaxation.

Closing through the nostrils and exhaling gently through the mouth.

Breathing in for a count of four,

Breathing out for a count of eight.

And each breath is aligning your mind,

Body and spirit.

And now bringing into your mind's eye someone already in your life who brings you joy.

Imagine sense and feel their presence as if they're there with you now.

And breathe in a sense of gratitude for this person.

And as you exhale allow this gratitude to expand throughout your body.

Slowly inhale and exhale.

Each breath is allowing you to drift deeper.

Each breath is allowing you to connect to your true essence.

And now placing your hand over your heart center and listening to your heart beat.

Notice how you feel in your body.

Become aware of your heart center and any feelings and emotions which may arise.

Allow yourself to breathe deeply into your heart.

And now visualize a radiant illuminating light shining down into your heart.

And as you breathe in this light expands.

And as you breathe out this light shines even brighter.

And now bringing into your heart center a visualization of your soulmate.

Feel their energy.

Imagine sense and feel that your soulmate is with you now.

And as you continue to breathe allow this visualization to grow and be stronger.

Imagine sense and feel this person is already in your life.

And play this out in your mind as if you're watching a movie reel.

And now asking yourself what qualities does my soulmate have?

Imagine sense and feel these qualities.

And now asking yourself do I embody these qualities?

And now becoming crystal clear about the values that your soulmate has.

Allow these values to arise naturally in your mind,

In your body.

And notice how you feel.

And asking yourself do I share the same values?

Continuing to breathe allowing each breath to connect you deeper.

And now again bringing into your mind's eye the presence of your soulmate.

Imagine sense and feel your soulmate is already in your life now.

Go ahead and visualize both of you doing something together.

Imagine you are watching this on the big screen at a cinema.

And as you watch this breathe in a sense of joy and exhale allow this joy to spread throughout your whole body.

Breathe in the excitement and exhilaration of having this soulmate.

And now feeling that each breath is taking you closer to the energy of your soulmate.

Your body and mind and spirit are in full alignment and your heart is open.

Saying to yourself I am ready for my soulmate.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe in a sense of love and as you exhale allow this love to expand.

Asking the universe to send you a soulmate.

Bringing your hands together in the prayer position placing them at your heart center and breathing in.

And slowly exhaling a sense of gratitude.

And now slowly taking some awakening breaths and bringing some movement into your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Stretch out the whole body and smile.
