This meditation is a beautiful opportunity to visit a forest waterfall for clearing the energetic space within and around you. The forest is able to make new, from all that we set down. Just as the forests are able to make new life from fallen leaves, the forest is able to heal whatever we bring, allowing us to leave with greater peace and comfort. Music by Chris Collins

Getting comfortable with where you are.

Taking in a couple of breaths at your own pace.

Noticing the rising of your inhale and then softening with your exhale.

Just doing your best and taking your time.

You might be sitting or laying down,

Whichever is most comfortable for you.

Your eyes can be open with a soft focus or they might be closed with the muscles around your eyes soft and relaxed.

Just noticing the rise of your inhale and allowing yourself to soften with every exhale.

Allow your shoulders to gently fall away from your ears.

The muscles around your eyes and scalp softening and becoming smooth.

On your next inhale,

Remember a beautiful forest that you have visited before or perhaps even seen in a picture.

You are invited to walk into this forest.

Noticing how the sun might be shining through the leaves.

And how the ground underneath you feels.

There might be moss.

It might be a dirt floor or bits of grass and leaves.

You are taking this time now for clearing the energetic space around you.

Taking the time for clearing what you may have been carrying this week and today.

Taking a slow gentle inhale followed by a long even exhale.

In the forest you notice a lovely and quiet space to stand still.

The trees are large and protective.

You know that they support one another with the incredible network of roots below you.

The forest is a natural place to set things down.

Over thousands of years the forests cycle through growth,

Clearing back and regeneration.

Any energy that you set down here will be renewed and reshaped into something beautiful.

Even the dark old decaying leaves on the forest floor contribute to the life around you.

Taking a slow gentle inhale followed by a long even exhale.

It is the perfect place to pause and set down what you are no longer needing to carry.

Something that you were never meant to carry at all anyway.

To your side there is an incredible rock wall,

However you see that in your mind.

Notice the type of rock it might be,

If it has moss or plants growing on it.

And there is a waterfall that is pouring over the edge in all its power and all its beauty.

And part of you knows that this dazzling fluid running over the sides isn't water.

It's pure crystal energy.

There is a pool of water that is at the bottom and this pool eventually tapers at one end and empties into a lovely stream of this flowing divine crystal energy.

Taking your time now to decide if you are wanting to stand under the waterfall,

However you might want to do that.

Or perhaps if you feel more comfortable dipping your hands into the stream or stepping in just with your feet.

However you need to do that to bring healing to this moment.

And as you are touching this gentle liquid energy,

You feel a passing of something out of your body.

Something that didn't need to be there.

Perhaps it was old energy,

Perhaps old feelings.

But you feel the movement of this gentle liquid,

This gentle liquid energy pulling out that which no longer serves.

In a slow gentle inhale,

Followed by a long even exhale.

If you haven't already done so,

Go and stand under this very gentle waterfall of divine crystal energy.

Similar to being in a gentle current,

Moving through you from top of your head,

Allowing it to flow down your arms and out of your hands and your fingertips.

Taking a slow gentle inhale,

Followed by a long even exhale.

Feeling the soothing gentle current of energy flow from the top of your head,

Down through your chest and upper back.

Down through your torso,

Your pelvis and continuing down through your legs,

Your knees and your feet into the earth beneath you.

Taking the time that you need right now to allow for this gentle and lovely clearing around you and within you and through you.

This divine energy that is allowing your heart to be clear and vibrant.

In a slow gentle inhale,

Followed by a long even exhale.

Perhaps you'll wonder and be curious to how your days will unfold with this renewed energy.

Maybe it will surprise you to notice that you respond differently or think about new things and new ideas.

Perhaps you'll notice feelings that will shift and lovingly heal.

Just as a stream or river is never the same,

The energy within you is always shifting and flowing and as you allow yourself to flow and change.

When healing and newness continue to have a fluid and healthy place within you.

At your own pace,

Take in a slow gentle inhale,

Followed by a long even exhale.

Taking your time to come away from the waterfall of energy and to find a large stone to settle on.

And as you settle,

Remember something amazing that has happened either this week or before this week.

A time when you were given supportive assistance when you least expected it.

It was a complete surprise,

But the timing was perfect.

When you received that assistance,

There was so much gratitude.

And allow that same gratitude of that assistance to fill your heart.

Emotion has the word motion in it.

Allow this emotion of gratitude to move through your body,

However that appears and feels to you.

Letting it fill the spaces that need healing.

And taking in a slow gentle inhale.

At your own pace,

A long even exhale.

In a moment,

You'll be bringing your awareness back to this place where you are.

And you'll be bringing this gratitude and healing with you.

Taking a slow gentle inhale.

And as you exhale,

Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

With your next inhale,

Gently flutter your eyes open,

Opening your eyes.

Bringing with you gratitude and peace from this moment.

Enjoyed having a short guided time to enjoy this forest and the refreshing waterfall. The fluid described is unknown to me. I the periodic reminders to gently inhale and exhale were helpful. I liked the music. Thank you.
