Step into the Healing Waters. Allow the light and waters to flow around you and through you. Perhaps you'd like to place a hand on the area of concern, knowing that this meditation can be for physical, emotional or mental pain. This is a practice of gentleness and receiving during this time of healing.

Taking a moment to pause with where you are.

Taking in a slow,

Gentle inhale.

Then at your own pace,

A long,

Even exhale.

Again,

Just doing your best,

A slow,

Gentle inhale.

Followed by a long,

Even exhale.

Imagine,

Or pretend that you can imagine,

You are in a beautiful place outside.

Take a moment to feel the earth underneath you.

Maybe there is sand or grass.

It is a warm evening.

There is a soft breeze.

And you see an inviting pool of water before you.

There may be steps into it.

Or perhaps you can ease yourself right in,

However it is.

You know to gently go into the waters as you have come to this place for healing.

Taking your time to immerse yourself in the pool now.

When you are in the pool,

You feel yourself become buoyant and light.

The natural spring waters that are filling the pool create the warmth and lightness.

They are able to draw out causes of discomfort.

So find yourself a comfortable place to sit in the waters.

Taking your time.

Settling deeper and more comfortably.

Allow the water to gently flow around you with its gentle current.

Carrying away anything you are letting go of.

Gently letting go.

So you can sit and be with greater ease.

Perhaps you see it as a color that is flowing out of you that you are letting go of.

Perhaps it is a word or a feeling.

Just allowing yourself to settle comfortably and let this current move gently around you.

Gently taking away the discomfort.

Calmly you see a beautiful light that begins to glow from underneath you.

The water almost sparkles as the light filters through the water.

You came here for a reason.

You are invited to bring your awareness to the area that you brought here for healing.

Maybe touch that area,

Allowing that area to open however it opens to the healing water.

To the healing light.

Taking your time now.

Just taking the time that you need.

And at your own pace taking in a gentle inhale.

And a long even exhale.

The light from within the water is able to shine into the area.

You allow yourself this moment of healing.

This moment of letting go.

This moment of being nourished and gentle to yourself.

This healing light fills you.

It is yours to carry for your healing.

And to share with others.

Now slowly ever so slowly.

I invite you to bring your awareness back to the space you are in here now.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Bringing small movement into your shoulders.

Bringing with you the healing from this moment.

Sigh. Another helpful meditation from this teacher. I found her voice and background music soothing. I appreciate having shorter meditations. But it was still very calming and healing. Many thanks.
