Find a comfortable place where you won't be interrupted for the next 15 minutes, either seated or lying down. Go in with an idea of something you want to call into your life. This can be anything - a feeling you want to feel, a desired outcome from an upcoming situation, and then relax into the moment and be guided through this soothing practice.

Transcript

As we begin,

Start to get clear on setting an intention for what you want to create,

What you want to call in and experience.

Begin by closing your eyes and reflect for a moment on what it is that you want to cultivate.

Take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth as you begin to become clearer and clearer on this intention.

Now you can imagine it right in front of you.

You can see it clearly coming more and more into focus.

And as you continue to take some nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

You know that there is nothing else you should be doing right now.

Know where you need to be.

This time is just for you as you get clearer and clearer on what's in front of you and what it is that you want.

And from head to toe,

We'll start to really soften and relax into the moment,

Starting with your eyes and your eyelids.

Just relaxing,

Moving down to your jaw,

Melting away any tension or any tightness you may be noticing.

Relax your neck,

Relax your shoulders,

And feel your body continue to let go and come into the present moment.

Notice any areas of the body that are making contact with the surface.

And as you do,

Just continue to go deeper into the body,

Really melting into the surface beneath you.

And begin to notice just how supported you are by the surface and in this moment.

If you notice the mind begin to wander,

Just notice it and let it go.

No need to judge it or get frustrated.

This is what the mind does.

See if you can create some space between you and any of those thoughts that may be floating in and floating out and just observe them.

They don't have to mean anything.

And as you create the space,

Just focus on my voice.

Imagine taking two steps back from any of those thoughts.

Now begin to turn your awareness to your breath.

Just observe it,

Just notice it.

And with each inhale and exhale,

You find you're able to drop further and deeper into the present moment.

As you continue,

Take a few more steps back from any of those thoughts in your mind that were or are coming up and start to notice them becoming smaller and further off in the distance.

You notice your mind becoming quieter and your body relaxing more and more deeply with each and every breath.

You melt more and more into the surface underneath you.

And now make your breath a bit deeper in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Good.

And really let your breath anchor you into the present moment.

One more nice breath in and then letting go of any of that tension or tightness that you were holding in the body.

Good.

Allow yourself to be guided and trust whatever visuals come through for you during our time together.

And now I want you to imagine yourself standing in a beautiful and serene place.

It can be somewhere that in the past has brought you peace or somewhere you can simply imagine in your mind's eye that is so calming to you now.

You start to notice the temperature of the air.

It feels just right.

You notice it's around sunset and you begin to take in how the sun highlights everything around you.

There's a slight breeze in the air and you feel so incredibly comfortable from your clothes to the temperature.

You feel the beautiful warmth of the sun.

You feel the grass beneath your feet and you feel completely at peace in this moment.

And now you slowly turn around to look behind you and you notice your past.

It seems to cover the entire area behind you.

Everything you see has to do with what you're here to call in to your life and create.

You see the past week as different things come into focus leading you to this moment.

You notice certain people,

Certain events that have happened,

Places that you've been,

Things you've done popping up all over the place as you look behind you.

You notice beyond that is the past month's events and beyond that even further but still within sight the past year and the past decade.

You look back and you just notice and take in all of the things that have led you right here.

All of those people,

All those places,

All those events,

Just notice them and really feel into that support,

That energy,

The lessons that are now all behind you.

As you take this in you see the beauty in all of it,

The purpose.

You're not attached to any of it but you can see now how it's all been a part of your journey and you can see now what has brought you into this exact moment.

And as you see it,

As you feel it and take it in you realize the beauty in every last thing behind you for as far as the eye can see.

It's gotten you to where you are today and you feel gratitude for all of it,

For everything that's happened,

The people,

Yourself and all of those lessons behind you.

Now take in a nice deep breath and just let it go and now gently turn back around and feel the support of the past behind you.

You know it's there.

What you need to take with you is with you.

But it's time to leave behind you can.

There's no need to look back anymore and with that in mind you begin to walk forward and you notice a door in the distance.

You know this door is just for you.

So you open it,

You walk through it and then you see a staircase.

Again you know this is meant for you.

So you begin toward it and start to walk down it.

You count 10 steps leading down and you feel your feet on the first step and then see and feel your feet step down again and continue down the staircase.

As you take each step downward to notice you're getting closer and closer to a beautiful beaming light at the bottom of the staircase.

You continue one step after another you now realize that this next level is the most beautiful field you've ever seen.

You can see for miles and miles.

You can see so much beauty and so much awe.

As you begin walking through this field you notice images coming into focus.

These images come clearer into focus and you can see the intention that you set has come to fruition.

Now feel into what it feels like to know that you've achieved this goal.

What you set out to create has come into existence.

Now notice what is that sensation feel like in the body.

Bring a hand to your heart and a slight smile to your face.

Keeping your eyes closed and just be with that feeling.

Really feel into that feeling.

Notice it growing inside of you like a light that is shining brighter and brighter and continue to notice how good that feeling feels within you.

You know that there's nothing for you to figure out.

You can just trust what is in store for you.

You can feel so much clarity around what it is that you want to accomplish.

And now think to yourself or say out loud,

I deserve this.

I am worthy and capable of this.

Of reaching this goal and I trust myself.

You clearly see what's ahead.

You notice exactly how good it feels in your body.

And now let that feeling of pride really wash over you as you continue to feel into this moment with a slight smile on your face and that warmth in your chest.

You feel overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the work that you've done that has brought you to this moment,

To this point.

And you're so thankful to get to feel this feeling now.

Now take a nice deep breath in through the nose and elongate the breath out through the mouth on your exhale and say out loud or to yourself,

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

You can start to gently bring your awareness back into the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes and come back.

And as you slowly open your eyes,

Notice the difference in the energy of the body.

Notice the trust and the surrender that you already have what you're setting out to achieve and be that person in this moment.

Be that person in this day.
