Welcome.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down gently for your meditation.

Let your body soften into the shape of rest.

You don't need to try or reach.

Everything is already here.

Begin just by sensing the ground beneath you.

Notice how it quietly holds you without asking for anything in return.

And let your weight drop into that holding.

A quiet surrender.

A gentle remembering.

Now bring all your awareness to your breath.

Not to change it,

But to feel it as it enters,

As it leaves.

A cool,

Warm wave.

A rhythm older than language.

Inhale and imagine the breath flowing in through the soles of your feet.

Like roots drinking from rich soil.

Exhale and let any tension melt down into the earth.

Inhale again,

This time through the heart.

As if your chest opens like a window to the wind.

Exhale.

Soften your edges.

You are not here to be perfect.

You are here to be present.

Now rest in the space between breath and thought.

In that quiet clearing.

What do you feel?

Maybe a pulse beneath the skin.

Maybe a longing.

Maybe nothing at all.

Just know that all is welcome.

Allow this moment to be as it is.

Let the breath move like a poem.

Unfolding.

Unraveling.

And revealing something true.

Just for you.

Just now.

Just this.

And when you are ready,

Place one hand over your heart.

Offer a very simple whisper inside.

I am listening.

Let that be enough.

And when you feel complete,

Gently open your eyes and carry the quiet with you.

Like a secret tucked in your pocket.

Like a reminder that the way home was never far.
