This is a dreamlike meditation for sleep and surrender. You’ll be guided through a vivid twilight forest, slowly letting go of the day, control, and thought. As your body softens and your breath slows, you’re gently held by the night itself—safe, loved, and free to drift into deep rest.

Welcome,

Love.

You've done enough for today.

There's nothing more to figure out and nothing you need to be.

This is a time for softness,

For losing the threads and for gently slipping into the hands of night.

Begin by laying down in any way that feels deeply supported.

Your limbs relaxed,

Your face soft.

Let gravity take over.

Let your spine melt into the ground.

Like a river returning to earth.

Feel the blanket of darkness gathering around you.

Not heavy,

Not empty,

But full of stars and stories and silence.

The kind of silence that hums like the breath of the universe.

And as you settle in,

Imagine a door at the edge of your thoughts.

It's slightly opening and it leads somewhere quiet and beautiful.

With your next breath,

Step through.

You find yourself at twilight.

The trees are tall and still.

The air is cold,

Soothing and sweet.

Carrying the scent of moss,

Of rain-soaked bark,

Of something ancient and kind.

The ground is soft beneath your feet.

A path only you can walk.

Fireflies blink like tiny prayers.

And a silver mist curls low over the earth.

You walk slowly.

You feel the animal of your body soften.

You feel your thinking begin to dissolve into sensation,

Into wonder.

There is no need to know where you are going.

Because you are being guided,

Gently,

Lovingly,

Into a dream your soul has already written.

Let the forest carry you.

With every step,

Your breath slows.

Your bones grow heavier.

The edges of you blur into something wider,

Like sky,

Like memory.

And you arrive at a clearing now.

The moon is full above you.

A river glimmers nearby.

And you sit down besides it.

And what the water speaks without words is a lullaby of trust.

Of surrender.

Of letting it all go.

Feel yourself lean back.

And the earth receives you.

The stars gather above you like guardians.

You are safe,

Held,

And seen.

Let go now.

Let go of the day,

Of the doing,

Of the trying.

Let your body become the night.

Let your breath become the breeze.

Let your thoughts become leaves floating downstream.

You are not lost.

You are just now.

You are dreaming,

And the night is holding you.

Just like this.

Just as you are.

And with every breath,

Sing.

Soften.

And disappear.

We'll meet again when the light returns.

Sleep well,

My love.
