And I'm honored to guide you for the next few minutes Sit with your back straight and your arms gently in a comfortable position Get those fidgets and those wiggles out of the way right now It's okay to move during the meditation,
But it's better if you can try and be still and relaxed Now close those beautiful eyes and breathe in and out naturally yet deeply All you have to do is breathe in this moment slowly in and slowly out And as you continue to breathe just pay attention to the rise and fall of your body with each inhalation and each exhalation And as you breathe in breathe in love breathe in acceptance Breathe in forgiveness And as you breathe out Blow out the judgment Blow out the hurt Blow out the anger Those do not serve you my friend Now bring the person who has hurt you into your mind's eye Surround them with soft warm yellow light as an act of loving kindness for the imperfect human that they are That we all are And just breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out With the release of the judgment,
Hurt and anger You are not condoning or approving what they have done You are simply allowing yourself to let the pain and anger you carry towards them go as the pain and anger hurts you more than anyone else Breathe in and let it go out and free yourself Forgive them and release your pain Release as you inhale Release As you exhale Free yourself with your breath Focus once again on yourself So the feeling of loving kindness feels your whole being Breathing in peacefully Breathing out peacefully At peace with yourself and the world Then slowly let the feelings of loving kindness ease and return once again to focusing on just your breathing Now slowly open your eyes and return to the room taking this loving kindness Forgiveness and choice not to be hurt or upset with you throughout the rest of your day
