One of the most important manifestation techniques is called hard brain coherence.
Now let me tell you what this hard brain coherence is.
Heart-brain coherence means that the heart and the brain are in alignment.
Now when it comes to manifestation,
We usually make a mistake.
We usually think about what we want to manifest.
We have an intention and we think about it and we are doing visualization and we are doing all those practices,
Affirmations.
But the question is,
Are we really feeling into it?
Are we really feeling the energy of that abundance?
Are we really feeling into our manifestation?
Because manifestation is all about energy.
Abundance is energy.
And if we don't get into that energetical state of higher vibration,
Then we don't manifest.
And that is why for a lot of people,
Manifestation techniques don't work because they are not really feeling into it.
They are not really connecting their hearts to their brains.
Now,
When it comes to how do we practice this in meditation,
We use a technique which I call pineal heart activation.
Now the brain there is a gland inside of our brain which is known as pineal gland and there is a whole science behind it i will not go into that but what i want to say is that the energy of that pineal gland is represented by the chakra which is the third eye chakra which is at the center of our forehead.
As you might know we have seven primary chakras in our body and one of those chakras is the third eye chakra which is our energy center for vision No.
Our heart chakra represents the energy of the heart so through this meditation pineal heart activation we connect the pineal gland with the heart or in other words we connect the third eye chakra with the heart chakra But what is really happening here?
What we are doing is,
Through the third eye chakra,
Because this chakra represents vision,
We are actually visualizing what we wish to manifest.
But through the heart chakra,
We are feeling into that visualization.
We are feeling into that energy.
So this spinal heart activation helps us to both visualize and also feel.
Creates a state of coherence,
Hard brain coherence.
So I invite you to do this short practice with me.
And to just learn and to just experience how we do this pineal heart activation and to also manifest what we wish to manifest.
So start with an intention,
You know,
Take some time here to just maybe reflect what is it that you wish to manifest?
What is your intention?
You want you can write it down on your paper so just take a few seconds here And now I invite you to get into your meditation posture.
Just making sure that your back is straight but also relaxed.
And gradually you can close your eyes.
And first,
Bringing your awareness to the third eye chakra.
A ball of energy.
At the center of your forehead which is indigo in color.
And breathing in and out through the third eye chakra.
As you breathe in,
Channel your breath through the center of your forehead.
And now in your mind's eye visualize what you wish to manifest.
Imagine that situation that you wish to manifest.
See yourself in that situation right now.
As if.
.
.
You are experiencing it right now.
Notice where you are.
What are the colors?
Who are the people around you.
What are the objects and elements?
Bring in the sense of sound.
Listen to the sounds in this situation.
Bring in the sense of touch.
Make this situation as real as possible.
As if you are experiencing it right now.
And now gradually bringing your awareness down from your third eye chakra.
To your heart chakra.
At the center of your chest.
Breathe in and out through the heart chakra.
A ball of energy that is green in color.
And now I would request you to place one or both of your hands at the center of your chest.
And feel the joy this situation is bringing you.
The situation that you are visualizing.
Feel the joy that it is bringing you in this moment.
Feel the happiness.
In your heart Feel the abundance.
That is already here.
Tune into that high vibration.
Of abundance.
Of Love Feel the joy.
And abundance spreading to your body.
As if your whole body is smiling.
And really connect with this energy of abundance.
In this very moment.
Now you can relax your hand You can gradually allow the vision to disappear And as you gradually come out of this practice,
Carry the energy of abundance with you.
In this very moment.
And whenever you feel ready you can gradually Allow your eyes to open as we bring this practice to its completion.
