Now we'll start with the practice.
So as you're getting into your meditation posture,
You can start with becoming aware of the space around you and take a moment here to scan the space around you.
If your eyes are open,
You can visually scan the space.
If your eyes are closed,
You can simply listen to the sounds around you.
And then bringing your awareness to a point in the line of your sight where your eyes rest naturally.
And now you can gradually close your eyes.
And now bringing your awareness to your body,
And you can follow this body scan to relax each and every part of the body.
Starting from your head,
First bringing your awareness to your head and relaxing your head,
Your forehead,
Face muscles,
Especially your jaw and your neck,
And your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Chest,
Belly.
Relaxing the heart within by taking a gentle breath into your heart.
Relaxing your upper back,
Lower back,
Relaxing your pelvis,
Your genitals,
Hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And relaxing your feet.
Now bringing your awareness to your breath,
Just for a while,
Simply noticing the inflow and the outflow of your breath.
You can either place your awareness at your nostrils,
Or maybe just let the awareness flow with the breath as it goes in and out of your body.
And now bringing your awareness to your head space,
Placing your awareness at the center of your forehead.
And imagine and feel as if you are entering your head space.
Visualize that you are entering this room that represents your head space,
Your brain.
And as you enter this room,
This room is a very different kind of a room.
Not really a room,
But more of a space that stretches to infinity.
Almost like a blank canvas.
And on this blank canvas,
You can paint anything,
Which means that in this infinite room,
You can create the space of your abundance,
The space of inner abundance,
Your world of abundance.
As you step into this space,
Allow yourself to create this space.
Visualize this space of abundance.
What is that for you?
What is that space of abundance for you?
How does this world of abundance look like for you?
It can represent anything.
It can represent nature.
It can represent maybe a fairy land or a magical land or maybe the cosmos.
Visualize this space of abundance that you are in right now.
Notice the colors of this space.
Notice the elements of this space.
Notice who are the people in this world of yours.
Notice the capabilities you have in this world and these capabilities have no bounds.
I'll give you a minute here to simply enjoy your time in this world that you have created.
Then you notice that somewhere in this space,
Somewhere in this world,
There is a door to an elevator,
Almost like a portal and this door opens and you enter this elevator.
This elevator is now taking you down.
Now,
Gradually bring your awareness down from your forehead to your heart,
Very slowly,
Moving your awareness down through your face,
Through your neck,
Through your chest and into your heart.
And now the door of this elevator opens and now you have entered another world.
This is the world of your heart.
This world not only has abundance,
But also has love,
Feeling,
Sensation,
Music,
Fragrance.
You can visualize the same world as you did before or maybe a new world.
But now in this world of your heart,
In this infinite room of your heart,
Allow yourself to feel more,
To bring in other senses,
The sense of sound,
Listening to the music of this world.
Bring in other senses,
Bring in the smells,
The fragrances in this world.
And most importantly,
Feel the sense of touch in this world and also the emotions in this world.
Maybe you can feel the grass below your feet or maybe you can feel someone giving you a warm,
Loving embrace,
A warm hug.
And now notice the joy in your heart,
The love and the joy that you are feeling in this world.
There is a certain vibe to this world that you can feel,
A blissful energy.
You can feel the warmth and the love in the air.
You can also feel the magic,
The sense of mystery and magic.
Maybe you can notice people smiling for no reason.
Maybe you can allow yourself to smile for no reason.
Just enjoying this moment.
Allowing your heart to smile,
Your whole body to smile.
And feeling that high vibration of this world that is now penetrating each and every cell of your body,
Making your whole body vibrate at a higher frequency.
With this practice today,
You have prepared the ground for synchronicity.
By generating this inner abundance,
You are prepared to experience outer abundance as well.
So now holding this inner abundance,
You can gradually start coming out of the practice Becoming aware of your physical body.
You can move your hands,
Your feet.
Observing a breath.
And as you exhale,
You can gradually,
In your own time,
Open your eyes and come out of the practice as this meditation comes to its completion.
