I welcome you to this meditation in which we will be releasing stress not only from the mind but from the body as well.
We will visit the various energy centers in our body individually to remove any stress that is present in those areas.
So let's begin.
I will now request you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Check if you can shift your body to a more relaxed posture.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Feel the presence of your surroundings.
The air in your room.
The smell in the air.
The air on your skin.
The weight of your body on the chair,
Mattress or floor.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Set your sankalpa or intention now.
I will say the words of sankalpa three times and you can repeat after me silently in your heart.
I provide deep rest and relaxation to my mind and my body.

Let's clear our mind now.
Notice if there are any thoughts in your mind right now.
Imagine these thoughts as bubbles,
Like soap bubbles,
Floating in front of you with each thought representing one bubble.
In your imagination,
Pop these bubbles of thought one by one with a slight touch of your finger,
Just in your imagination.
And now it's time to relax our body.
We will be breathing in white light to the various energy centers in our body.
So place both your hands on your forehead with your palms touching your forehead.
As you inhale,
Imagine white light passing through your nose and into your forehead at the point where your hands are placed.
And as you exhale,
You can simply breathe out air through your mouth.
No need to visualize anything during your exhalation.
Now take a deep inhalation of white light.
Feel the light filling your forehead and exhale.
Take two more breaths into your forehead.
Place your hands now on your eyes.
And breathe in light into your face.
And exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And now,
Place your hands at the two sides of your neck with your palms touching the sides of your neck.
And now,
Place your hands at the two sides of your neck with your palms touching the Now,
Place your hands on your chest and breathe in light to your chest.
And now,
Place your hands on your chest and breathe in light to your chest.
Place your hands now just below your ribs to your solar plexus.
And breathe in light to that area.
And breathe in light to that area.
And now,
Place your hands just below your belly.
And breathe in light to your lower belly.
And breathe in light to that area.
And finally,
Place your hands on your thighs.
And breathe in light to your thighs.
And breathe in light to that area.
Just relax now and feel the sensations in your body.
Bring your attention back to your surroundings.
The air in your room.
The smell in the air.
The weight of your body on the chair,
Mattress or floor.
And listen to the sounds around you.
And now,
Wiggle your toes and move your fingers.
And gradually,
Open your eyes.
Your mind and body are now totally calm and relaxed.
