Namaste and welcome to this practice.
Healing fear requires deep work,
However,
This is a quick practice.
If you are finding yourself in a situation in which you are experiencing fears and you might not have the bandwidth to do that deep healing work for now,
Through this practice you will release these fears that you are experiencing in this moment.
So allow yourself to get into a comfortable posture and then if you feel like it you can gradually close your eyes.
Let's relax the body first.
So bring your awareness to your head.
Relax your head.
Relax your face muscles,
Jaw,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Chest,
Belly,
Upper back,
Lower back,
Pelvis,
Hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves and relax your feet.
And now bring your awareness to your breath.
Observe the inflow and the outflow of your breath and this time as you breathe in,
Visualize that you are breathing in white light and as you breathe out,
Visualize that you are breathing out black smoke.
Through your out-breath you are releasing your fears in the form of this black smoke.
Breathe in light,
Breathe out black smoke.
And after each conscious breath you can repeat these affirmations after me.
I am beyond the fears that I am experiencing.
I am beyond the fears that I am experiencing.
And again breathe in white light and breathe out black smoke.
I am eternal whereas the fears are temporary.
I am eternal whereas the fears are temporary.
Breathe in white light,
Breathe out black smoke.
I am infinite whereas the fears are limited.
I am infinite whereas the fears are limited.
Again breathe in white light and breathe out black smoke.
I have infinite potential within me.
I have infinite potential within me.
Breathe in light and breathe out black smoke.
I have infinite abundance within me.
I have infinite abundance within me.
Again breathe in and out.
I have infinite love within me.
I have infinite love within me.
Breathe in light and breathe out black smoke.
I have infinite power within me.
I have infinite power within me.
Breathe.
I am the universe.
I am the universe.
And one last time breathe in white light and breathe out black smoke.
And then whenever you are ready,
Gradually allow yourself to come back.
Become aware of your body,
Your surroundings,
And then slowly you can come out of the practice and open your eyes and just for a few seconds notice how do you feel in this moment.
