Discover a quiet intelligence that lives between your heart and inner eye. This meditation invites you into the subtle resonance between the pineal gland and the heart: two centres that, when attuned, open the gates to intuitive insight. As coherence deepens, the mind softens, making space for reflections that feel guided rather than forced. Ideal for journaling, this practice helps you receive higher wisdom.

I welcome you to this practice called pH Activation and Coherence,

Where P stands for pineal gland and H stands for heart.

Before we begin with this practice,

I would ask you to take a moment here to write down a question that you need guidance on from your intuition.

You can pause the audio here to write down that question.

And now allow yourself to get into your meditative posture,

Just making sure that your back is straight,

But also relaxed,

Starting with becoming aware of your surroundings and then bringing your awareness to a point in the line of your sight where your eyes rest naturally and gradually closing your eyes.

Now become aware of the sounds around you,

Becoming aware of your body and notice if there is any tensed muscle in the body,

Allow it to relax.

Now noticing your emotions,

Your feelings without any judgment and now noticing any thoughts crossing your mind and just letting these thoughts come and go as if you're watching them from a distance.

And now bringing your awareness to your breath and as you breathe in and out,

First place your awareness at your heart center or your heart chakra and as you breathe in and out,

Feel as if you are breathing in and out through this heart center.

And now bringing your awareness to the center of your forehead.

This represents your pineal gland or the third eye chakra and similarly breathing in and out through the center of your forehead.

And now visualizing this channel forming between your heart and your pineal gland.

You can visualize it as a hollow tube connecting your heart to the center of your brain.

And now breathe in and out through this channel,

Through this hollow tube.

As you breathe in,

Let your breath pass through the center of your brain and through this channel into your heart.

And when you breathe out,

You can simply breathe out normally.

Just taking a minute here to breathe in and out through this channel.

And now I will end this practice from my end,

But allow yourself to stay in this state for a while to reflect on that question again and let any guidance to come up from within you.

This guidance can be in the form of thoughts or just a feeling or some visuals.

Just notice anything that comes up.

And then when you are done with the reflection,

You can come out of the practice in your own time and then journal whatever guidance comes up.

It is even possible that the guidance might come up during the journaling.

Thank you for meditating with me today and I wish you all the best for your reflection and journaling.

Namaste.

I asked my heart: โ€œWhatโ€™s wrong? Where did all my love go?โ€ And it answered: โ€œIโ€™m still hereโ€ฆ but lately, youโ€™ve been replacing me with sadness and disappointment.โ€ โ€œHow about we let go of all that, and allow me to be myself againโ€”your lovely, loving heart?โ€ What an amazing reflection ๐Ÿ’ซ Thank you from my lovely heart Love & Light

I enjoyed breathing from the head to the heart. It felt very focused. I like the connection between them and understand that both play their part in answering any questions that come up for me. I will await a response to my question. Thank you Saqib ๐Ÿ™

Thank you, Saqib. ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’œ This practice was truly profound for me. The depth of the sensations I experienced felt genuine and profoundly moving. As I engaged in the meditation, I allowed myself to be present with my emotions, and in my moments of reflective silence, I discovered a more profound stillness. It was as if my intuition gently emerged, sharing its whispered nothingness as the message to my question. This extraordinary experience was unique and transformative in ways Iโ€™m still processing. Namaste. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒปโค๏ธ
