We are now starting with the meditation for abundance.
As you get into your meditation posture,
You can gradually close your eyes and let's begin with becoming aware of ourselves.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice any sensations in the body.
Let your body relax.
Slowly scanning the body from head to toe,
Bringing your awareness to your head,
Relaxing your head,
Your face muscles,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms and hands,
Chest and belly.
Upper back and lower back,
Pelvis and hips,
Thighs and knees and then your calves and your feet.
Now gradually bringing your awareness to your breath and just for a while be fully present with your breath.
Simply observing the flow of the breath as it goes in and out of your body.
As you bring your awareness to your breath,
It comes back to its natural rhythm.
Now bring your awareness to the center of your forehead.
This is the location of your Ajna chakra,
The third eye chakra.
This third eye chakra is connected to your pineal gland and it is the center for visualization.
Meditating your third eye enhances your vision.
So just for a while,
As you breathe in and out,
Breathe in and out through your third eye chakra,
Channel your breath through the center of your forehead.
As you do that,
Feel this ball of energy at the center of your forehead.
Feel the energy of the third eye chakra moving.
Now in your mind's eye,
Visualize that you are hiking a mountain.
You are on this beautiful trail that leads up to the mountain and as you're doing that,
You can feel the energy building up in your body.
You can see all nature around you,
The trees of the mountain,
You can see the blue sky above,
The sun shining through the leaves,
You can also feel the cool breeze,
You can also smell the fresh leaves,
You can listen to the sound of the wind on the leaves,
You can listen to the chirping of the birds and you can also listen to the sound of a stream of water flowing down the mountain and you can also see beautiful valley below you.
You are driven,
Inspired,
Motivated to hike this mountain and you keep moving forward and now you have reached the top of the mountain.
From this point you can see a beautiful panoramic view,
A beautiful view of other smaller hills,
The view of the distant city,
The open sky above and you feel this joy for reaching the top of the mountain,
Your body relaxes and you are ready for rest but then you notice that there is someone else here who came before you,
Some other person who is sitting and meditating,
You find yourself curious,
Who is this person?
So you go near to this person and you sit besides them and as you look at this face,
The face of this person meditating,
You realize that you know this person,
This person is your future self,
It is that version of you a few years from now,
A few years into the future.
Look at this future self of yours,
You notice that your future self is full of vitality,
Highly conscious,
Present.
You can also notice a slight smile on the face of your future self.
You also notice that your future self is so whole and complete,
Full of abundance,
You can sense a deep contentment in your future self,
Your future self is emitting a beautiful vibe,
You can feel it,
You can also see a beautiful aura surrounding your future self.
You can sense the peace,
The calm,
The serenity on the face of your future self.
You can also sense the wisdom,
You can see the wisdom on the face of your future self,
A deep understanding of themself,
Highly self-aware,
You can also notice great health and you can also notice that your future self is in love,
Not only with others but with themself,
Deeply in love with themself and as your future self end their meditation,
You want to talk to your future self,
You are curious so you ask this question to your future self,
How can I become you,
What guidance would you like to provide me at this point in my journey,
How can I become you,
What guidance would you like to provide me at this point in my journey.
Your future self will now answer your questions,
Take your time to listen to what your future self has to tell you and then you can thank your future self for the guidance,
Express your gratitude by giving a warm loving embrace to your future self,
A warm hug and as you are hugging your future self,
You have started merging with your future self,
Becoming one with your future self as if your bodies are melting into each other and now you have totally merged and now you have become your future self in this very moment,
Now you are carrying all the characteristics,
Qualities of your future self,
Feel this new energy in your body,
In your being,
In your soul,
Now you are abundant,
You are wise,
You are full of vitality,
Great health,
In love with others and yourself,
Peace and calm,
Whole and complete,
Content and abundant,
Feel this wholeness in your being,
This infinite abundance that you are and with that you can gradually allow yourself to come back,
Become aware of your body,
Take a breath and then you can move your hands,
Your feet and in your own time you can come out of the practice and open your eyes.
