Namaste.
Through this meditation,
Our purpose is to have that mental and physical stability and balance,
That alignment between the mind and the body,
Which will help us have control over ourselves and our environment and our lives.
At times we feel excessively emotional,
Angry,
Depressed,
Distracted,
Sexual,
Tired,
Etc.
,
That our life seems to be out of balance.
This happens because the energy in our body is concentrated mainly over one or two areas in the body.
The idea here is to control and evenly spread out that energy in our body,
So that we don't get trapped by excess of one particular feeling and are able to carry out our daily activities with balance and control.
So first we will stabilize our mind by watching our thoughts and then balance the energies in our body through chakra balancing.
I would now request you to sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
Gradually close your eyes.
Experience your surroundings through your senses,
The smell in the air,
The air on your face,
The sounds around you,
The weight of your body on the chair or on the ground.
Then all of a sudden you will feel like your energy is running out before you move to Mother Nature.
At that time,
We would so feel as though we are in mother nature,
All the directories we on Earth were of this feel and we weren't of this rear of the chair,
You You You Now Bring your attention to your breathing Focus on your nostrils Since the air touching your nostrils as you inhale and exhale You Take five complete breaths One complete breath is when you completely inhale and exhale You You You You You now have to see that these thoughts are separate from your awareness Something external to you Imagine these thoughts as bubbles rising in front of you with each thought in your mind representing one bubble Imagine that you are one by one bursting these bubbles of thought with a slight touch of your finger You You Now that you have removed those thoughts from your mind,
Bring your attention to the base of your spine,
Your root chakra.
Visualize a beautiful red ball of energy rotating at this point at the base of your spine.
As you breathe in and out,
This chakra energy ball rotates and provides you with the right amount of energy you need.
This chakra grounds all your energy to the earth's energy field and provides you with stability and safety.
Now breathe in and out and visualize that ball rotating.
Sense the energy building up at the base of your spine.
Now bring your attention to your sacral chakra which is located just below your navel and imagine an orange ball of energy rotating there.
This chakra is the center for your sexual energy.
Breathe in and out and visualize that the air is passing through that chakra.
Sense the energy building up below your navel.
Gradually bring your attention to your solar plexus chakra which is located just below your ribs and is yellow in color.
The energy of this chakra brings control and clarity to you.
Breathe through this ball of energy.
Sense the energy produced by this chakra below your ribs.
Now move your attention to your heart chakra at the center of the chest.
Imagine a green ball of energy.
This chakra is the center of your emotions and provides you with emotional stability.
Breathe and rotate this green ball of energy.
Sense the energy in your chest.
Gradually move to your throat chakra placed exactly in your throat where a ball of blue light is rotating.
This chakra provides fuel to your voice and expression.
Breathe through your throat chakra.
Sense the energy in your throat.
Now move your focus to your third eye chakra which is located right between your eyebrows.
The color of the ball of energy is indigo and this is the chakra responsible for intuition.
Breathe through your third eye chakra.
Focus at the point right between your eyebrows for some time.
And now move your attention to your crown chakra,
Violet in color,
Located at the top of your head.
This chakra is that one which is responsible for your intelligence.
Breathe through it.
Sense the energy building up at the top of your head.
Now imagine a ray of bright white light of energy rising from the earth and connecting to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Move this ray of white light upwards connecting all your chakras.
After your root chakra it connects and passes through your sacral chakra below the navel,
Then through solar plexus chakra below your ribs,
Then through heart chakra,
Through your throat chakra,
Through your third eye chakra.
And finally the ray of bright white light of energy connects to your crown chakra from where it manifests into the outer world and completes the circuit.
This ray of light has aligned all your chakras.
Now all the energy in your body is stable.
Visualize these chakras to be something external to your awareness,
Something that you can control.
You can now control the energies in your body as you move through your day.
Gradually wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers and start feeling the presence of your body and your surroundings.
And gradually open your eyes.
You have now gained control of your thoughts and your body and all the energies in your body are balanced.
