This meditation invites you to directly experience Anatta: the realization that what we call “self” is only a passing stream of sensations, thoughts, and awareness itself. Through gentle guidance, you’ll observe the mind’s movement until the sense of ownership quietly dissolves. What remains is pure presence, free from identity or boundary. Light Tibetan singing bowls accompany the practice, softly anchoring awareness in the stillness between each sound. If you like this practice, then also check out Saqib's course: "Non-Duality."

So,

Allow yourself to be in your meditative posture and just making sure that you're sitting upright but not uptight,

Gradually allowing your eyes to close.

And first,

Bringing your awareness to the body.

Become fully aware of your body and breathe in and out through your body.

Slowly,

Feel your breath moving into your body.

Experience a full body breathing as if when you inhale,

Each and every part of your body is inhaling oxygen through the pores in the skin.

And similarly,

Exhaling through the skin.

Breathing in through the whole body and breathing out,

Really feeling into your body.

And now,

Asking this question to yourself,

Am I the body?

If I can observe the body,

Then am I the body or am I something beyond the body?

Now,

Gradually bringing your awareness to your emotions.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Notice your energy.

Notice,

Now,

Any thoughts crossing your mind.

Watching these thoughts as if you're watching them from a distance,

Just letting them come and go.

These thoughts and emotions constitute the mind.

Now,

Asking yourself,

Am I the mind?

If I can notice my feelings,

My thoughts,

If I can notice the mind,

Then am I the mind?

Or am I beyond the mind?

And now,

Visualize and imagine that the world around you is disappearing,

Dissolving into nothingness.

Imagine all the stars in the cosmos disappearing one by one.

Imagine all the planets and everything in the cosmos,

In the sky,

Disappearing.

The sky itself,

Gradually disappearing.

Whatever the sky is,

Dissolving into nothingness.

Imagine all the clouds,

Everything gradually disappearing.

Imagine gradually experience the world,

The planet,

Disappearing.

Everything around you has disappeared now into nothingness.

And now feel your body disappearing.

Starting from your feet,

Feel your feet,

Your legs,

Disappearing into nothingness.

Feel your pelvis,

Hips,

Torso,

Disappearing,

Arms,

Hands,

Disappearing.

Feel your shoulders,

Your neck,

And your head disappearing into nothingness.

And now,

Feel the mind itself disappearing,

Even the imagination disappearing,

Pure nothingness.

Everything that can disappear,

Has disappeared.

Everything that is impermanent,

Transient,

Has disappeared.

Am I that which can disappear,

Or am I beyond disappearance?

Am I that which is temporary,

Impermanent,

Transient,

Or am I beyond all that?

And just for a while,

Sitting in silence in this experience,

And now gradually,

Once again bringing back the appearance of the body,

Allowing yourself now to once again feel your body,

Very gradually allowing yourself to wiggle your toes,

Move your fingers,

And then very slowly allowing your eyes to open,

As we bring this meditation to its completion.

Wow. Loved letting all of everything go - was hard at the very end to separate from my mind tho. It was a great experience. Will do this again thanks. I feel spacious🩵

Wow! This was very insightful. Pure knowledge beyond science and any religion. The only few questions we need to ask, we have just practiced. Curious for more, so I will definitely come back to this practice over and over again. Thank you 🙏
