I welcome you to this meditation.
Today we will be doing an affirmation practice.
Affirmations for realizing our true abundant nature.
Affirmations help us in breaking the automatic thinking patterns.
Due to our social and cultural conditioning,
We develop automatic thinking.
And this automatic thinking keeps us limited.
To break the patterns of this automatic thinking,
We do affirmations and create a new pattern of abundance.
We do these affirmations in the present tense.
We say,
I am,
For example,
I am abundant.
The reason we say I am is because this abundance is not somewhere in the future.
It is our true nature and we tap into it in the here and now.
So with this understanding,
Let's begin the meditation.
Allow yourself to get into your meditation posture,
Just making sure that you have your back straight,
But also relaxed.
And if it feels comfortable to you,
You can place your right hand at the center of your chest,
At your heart chakra,
And your left hand on your belly button,
Your sacral chakra.
We do this because after every affirmation,
We will allow ourselves to feel the affirmation.
By feeling the affirmation,
We create a state of coherence between the mind,
The heart,
And the body.
And now you can gradually close your eyes,
Bringing your awareness to your breath,
Just for a while,
Simply noticing the inflow and the outflow of the breath.
If at any point the mind gets distracted without any judgment,
Gently bringing your awareness back to the breath.
And now the affirmations.
You can either repeat these affirmations silently in your heart,
Or maybe just whisper them to yourself.
Let's begin.
I am here now.

And feel yourself becoming more and more present.
I am beyond the body.

And feel the awareness that is beyond the body.
I am beyond emotions.
I am beyond emotions.
And feel the awareness that is beyond emotions.
I am beyond thoughts.

And feel the awareness that is beyond thoughts.
I am beyond the mind.
I am beyond the mind.
And feel the awareness that is beyond the mind.
I am beyond space.

And feel the awareness that is beyond space.
I am beyond time.
I am beyond time.
And feel the awareness that is beyond time.
I am unlimited.
I am unlimited.
And feel your limitless nature.
I am infinite.
I am infinite.
And feel your infinite nature.
I am the source of all creation.
I am the source of all creation.
And feel the source that creates everything.
I am the source of all life.

And feel the source that creates all life.
I am the source of all abundance.

I am the source of all beauty.

And now slowly,
You can start coming out of the practice,
Bringing your awareness to your body,
To your breath.
If you feel like moving or stretching,
You can do that.
And now,
Gradually and slowly,
In your own time,
Allowing the eyes to open as we bring this practice to its completion.
